$16,556,453 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive contract for
maintenance services for the T-37, T-38 and T-1A aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. Air Education and Training Command, Reese Air

ITT Federal Services Corporation, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is being awarded
a $21,242,520 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive Firm contract for
FY1996 operation and maintenance of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The 21st Space Wing, Peterson

Martin Marietta Corporation, Littleton, Colorado, is being awarded a
$8,227,634 face value increase to a Cost Plus Award Fee contract for the Titan
IV Unified Payload Integration Contract award fee for the period 30 June 1994
to 1 July 1995. Contract is expected to be completed May 1996. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Space and Missile
Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California is the contracting
activity (F04701-92/C-0028, P0003666).
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a
$6,002,397 Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for design and development of a Global
Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System guided 250 pound air-to-surface
weapon, 8 guidance/control sections, and support of ground and flight testing.
Contract is expected to be completed February 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were six firms solicited
and five proposals received. Solicitation began April 1995 and negotiations
were complete July 1995. Wright Laboratory, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida is
the contracting activity (F08630-95/C-0077).

NAVY
Scientific Atlanta Inc., Signal Processing Systems, San Diego,
California, is being awarded a $8,455,204 indefinite delivery/indefinite
quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee (completion) type contract for scientific
engineering and technical support for the interface of AN/WSQ-7, AN/BQR-22, and
ASA//AN/BQH-5 radar systems. Work will be performed in San Diego, California
(80%), Bethesda, Maryland (10%), and aboard several U.S. Navy ships (10%), and
is expected to be completed by September 1998. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively
procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Bethesda,
Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00167-95-D-0109).
Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a
$97,780,387 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-93-C-0006 for
the fabrication and testing of a V-22 airframe Fatigue Test Article (FTA) and
the test to failure of the V-22 Static Test Article (STA). The FTA will be
utilized to test and certify the 10,000 flight-hour life of the aircraft; and
the STA to failure will demonstrate the ultimate static strength capability of
the V-22 airframe. Work will be performed in Ft. Worth, Texas (65%), and
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (35%), and is expected to be completed by March
2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
