AIR FORCE
Anixter, Incorporated, North Charleston, South Carolina, is being awarded a
$102,000,000 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for various
quantities of video teleconferencing equipment under the Integrated Management
Communications Program. Contract is expected to be completed September 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
were 39 firms solicited and four proposals received. Solicitation began June

Lockheed Martin Sunnyvale, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a
$36,029,163 Cost Plus Award Fee and Cost contract for systems engineering,
demonstration and integration support for the Tactical Exploitation of National
Capabilities (TENCAP) program. Contract is expected to be completed August
2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There were 40 firms solicited and four proposals received. Solicitation began

Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $11,081,534
face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for the cost impact on the
F-16 production program resulting from the restructure of the Peace Gate III
and IV Pakistan F-16 programs. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign military sales to Egypt,

order maintenance. Contract is expected to be completed June 1997. Contract

SSI Services, Incorporated, Tullahoma, Tennessee, was awarded on September 11,
1995, a $4,804,000 increment as part of a $22,794,151 firm fixed
price/requirements contract for real property maintenance services for base
year and four option years, subject to availability of funds. Work will be
performed at Stewart Army Subpost, New Windsor, New York, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. There were 88 bids solicited on July 13, 1994, and

General Electric Company, Aircraft Engine Business Group, Lynn, Massachusetts,
is being awarded an $11,324,926 modification to a firm fixed price contract to
exercise the FY95 option for 16 National Guard 701C install engines and six Air
Force 701C spare engines. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, and
is expected to be completed by December 30, 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract

$49,708,674 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 62 Multiple Launch
Rocket System (MLRS) Launchers, 381 MLRS Practice Rocket Pods, and 282 MLRS
Tactical Rocket Pods, for Israel and Japan. Work will be performed in Camden,
Arkansas (80%), and Dallas, Texas (20%), and is expected to be completed by
March 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on August 15, 1995. The

NAVY
General Dynamics Corporation, Electric Boat Division, Groton, Connecticut, is
being awarded a $27,000,000 maximum-priced modification to previously awarded
contract N00024-91-C-2902 to provide SSN 23 submarine long lead material in
order to meet schedule requirements and preserve the nuclear submarine
industrial base. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is
expected to be completed by January 1998. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity.
General Systems Solutions, Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $6,000,000
modification to previously awarded contract N00024-95-C-6373 for A/N37U-1
moored mine clearing sets, data and related engineering services. These
systems will be deployed from MH-53 helicopters and MHC-51 Class coastal
minehunter ships. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut (40%), and
Panama City, Florida (60%), and is expected to be completed by November 1996.

Analysis & Technology, Inc., North Stonington, Connecticut, is being awarded a
$21,281,635 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, with
cost-plus-fixed-fee provisions, for engineering and technical services and
materials to support heavyweight and lightweight torpedo programs. Work will
be performed in Middletown, Rhode Island (90%), Newport, Rhode Island (5%), New
London, Connecticut (2%), Keyport, Washington (1%), Yorktown, Virginia (1%),
and Washington, D.C. (1%), and is expected to be completed by September 2000.
