DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY
Timeplex Federal Systems Inc., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $10,000,000
specific make and model ID/IQ contract for multiplexers, modems, and local area
network equipment. The equipment will be used to support Navy networks
including ship communications for the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th Fleets. Seven
offers were solicited; one offer was received. The contracting activity is the

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
American Apparel Inc., Selma, Alabama, is being awarded a $11,590,250
indefinite quantity contract for man's all weather army black coats.
Twenty-three proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be
performed in Centre, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by October 1998.
Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel
Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity

Gibraltar PR Inc.**, San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, is being awarded a
$5,365,000 firm fixed price contract for fragmentation protective vest body
armor. One hundred one proposals were solicited and ten were received. Work
is expected to be completed by April 11, 1996. Funds will not expire at the

AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corporation, B-2 Division, Pico Rivera, California, is being
awarded a $47,700,000 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive Fee
contract for various line items of depot support equipment for the B-2
aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed October 1997. Contract funds

Dyncorp Aerospace Operations, Incorporated, Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded
a $5,874,118 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for
modification of three C-130 aircraft to make them compatible with Night Vision
Imaging System requirement. Contract is expected to be completed November
1997. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Support Services Company, Burlington, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$7,272,923 face value increase to a Fixed Price Plus Award Fee contract for
FY1996 management and operation of the standard base supply system for Patrick
Air Force Base, Florida; Cape Canaveral Air Station, Florida; and auxiliary Air
Force stations and mainland instrumentation sites. Contract is expected to be
completed September 1996. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current

Allied Signal Incorporated, Phoenix, Arizona, is being awarded a $7,879,733
Firm Fixed Price contract for long lead spare parts (20 engine gas turbines, 24
gear boxes, five housing assemblies) in support of the F-15 aircraft. Contract
is expected to be completed October 1996. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm solicited and one
proposal received. Solicitation began September 1993 and negotiations were
complete May 1995. This effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi

Pentastar Electronics, Incorporated, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a
$11,215,413 Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract for manufacture of a first article
test system applicable to the reentry system on the Minuteman III, MK 12/12A
weapon system. Contract is expected to be completed March 1998. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 46
firms solicited and two proposals received. Solicitation began July 1994 and
negotiations were complete August 1995. San Antonio Air Logistics Center,
Kelly Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F41608-95/C-1158).
Rockwell International Corporation, Anaheim, California, is being awarded a
$10,069,304 Cost Plus Award Fee contract for FY1996 operation and maintenance
technical services for the Peacekeeper and Minuteman intercontinental ballistic
missile systems, as well as test support for the Domestic Technology Transfer
Program. The work will be performed at Rockwell International Autonetics
Electronic Systems Division, Hill Air Force Base, Utah (46%), and at the same
division of their Anaheim, California plant. Contract is expected to be

Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, California, is being awarded a
$32,290,430 Fixed Price Incentive contract for planning of the updating,
transitioning and integration of the software laboratories supporting the B-2
aircraft into a single facility at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Contract
is expected to be completed March 1997. Contract funds will expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. There was one firm solicited and one proposal
received. Solicitation began February 1995 and negotiations were complete

Raytheon Company, Bedford, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $12,128,840 Cost
Plus Fixed Fee contract for three Hammerhead synthetic aperture radar seekers
and associated test effort to assess compatibility with Joint Direct Attack
Munitions (JDAM) requirements. The work will be performed at Raytheon
Electronic Systems Laboratories, Tewksbury, Massachusetts (70%), and Raytheon's
Electronic Systems Division in Bedford, Massachusetts (30%). Contract is
expected to be completed March 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. There were 31 firms solicited and two proposals
received. Solicitation began June 1994 and negotiations were complete
September 1995. Wright Laboratory, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the

Bay Area Travel, Tampa, Florida, is being awarded a $7,000,000 Firm Fixed
Price contract for FY1996 management and operation of commercial travel offices
at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. Contract is expected to be completed
October 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. There were 85 firm solicited and 16 proposals received. Solicitation
began July 1994 and negotiations were complete August 1995.

Martin Marietta Services, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$5,725,795 face value increase to a Fixed Price Plus Award Fee contract for
FY1996 operation and maintenance of electronic combat range sites. Contract is

Capco, Incorporated*, Grand Junction, Colorado, was awarded on September 14,
1995, a $5,728,164 firm fixed price contract for 24,144 M16A1 Rifle
Modification Kits in support of the

M16A1 rifle for the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Coast Guard. Work will be
performed in Grand Junction, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by
October 28, 1997. There were 65 bids solicited on May 11, 1995, and five bids
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive &
Armaments Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAE20-95-C-0377).
Hercules Aerospace Company, Radford, Virginia, is being awarded an $8,896,641
modification to a cost plus fixed fee contract for the operation and
maintenance of a government owned, contractor operated facility. Work will be
performed at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, Virginia, and is
expected to be completed by December 31, 1995. Of the total contract funds,
$149,593 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract initiated on February 23, 1991. The contracting activity is

Swinerton & Walberg Company, Arvada, Colorado, is being awarded a $9,042,200
firm fixed price contract for design and construction of a complete and useable
one-story technical support facility to house approximately 315 occupants (peak
545 persons). Building is to be approximately 54,000 square feet, monolithic,
mostly windowless, to function as an administrative, commercial office-type
building. The contractor is responsible for the design, construction, labor,
consultant services, materials, equipment, all necessary site improvements,
structure, surveying and site work. Work will be performed at Buckley Air
National Guard, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by March 28, 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
were 56 bids solicited on May 22, 1995, and five bids received. The

The University of Southern California, ISI, Los Angeles, California, is being
awarded a $243,414 increment as part of an $11,633,982 cost reimbursement
contract for research and development of electronic commerce. Work will be
performed in Los Angeles, California, and is
expected to be completed by May 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There was a broad agency announcement on

and 60 M9 9MM pistols with two magazines each for the country of Bolivia. Work
will be performed in Accokeek, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by May

year. This is a sole source contract initiated on May 2, 1995. The

awarded a $9,700,042 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity,
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, with provisions for term-and-completion delivery
orders, for engineering and technical support and analysis for all-up naval
missile systems and launcher programs. Work will be performed in Dahlgren,
Virginia, and is expected to be completed by October 2000. Contract funds will

Rockwell International Corporation, Collins Avionics and Communications
Division, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $6,048,552 modification to
previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0219 to exercise an option for the
procurement of 300 control display navigation units for the global positioning
systems installed onboard U.S. Navy aircraft. Work will be performed in Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to be completed by September 2000. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air

Xontech, Inc., Van Nuys, California, is being awarded a $9,908,124
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to design, modify, install, integrate and test the
existing eastern range Antigua FPQ-14 and Ascension FPQ-15 radar systems for
enhanced sensitivity and resolution. Work will be performed in Van Nuys,
California, and is expected to be completed by December 1998. Contract funds
in the amount of $4,264,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
