device to enable downstream migrating juvenile fish to pass through the dam
without having to go through the powerhouse turbines. The structural steel
collector is a box-like device that will attach to the upstream face of three
powerhouse units and to an adjacent spillway bay. Fish swimming within 20 to
30 feet of the water surface will enter ports in the collector and be routed
through the collector to the operating spillway bay
