NAVY
General Dynamics Corporation, Electric Boat Division, Groton, Connecticut, is
being
awarded a $50,437,082 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-95-C-2101 for
OMNIBUS engineering and technical services for Ohio Class submarines. Work
will be
performed in Groton, Connecticut and is expected to be completed by September
1996. Contract
funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems
Command,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Raytheon Company, Electromagnetic Systems Division, Goleta, California, is
being
awarded a $13,000,000 letter contract for 280 ALE-50 decoy assemblies for the
F/A-18 E/F, F-16 and other aircraft. Work will be performed in Goleta,
California, and is expected to be
completed by February 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.

AIR FORCE
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace-East, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a
$62,608,042 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract for Phase II
Engineering and Manufacturing Development for the Joint Direct Attack Munitions
(JDAM) program. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida is the
