NAVY
EER Systems Corporation, Vienna, Virginia, is being awarded an estimated
$17,760,000 cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
contract, for engineering and technical support services for the weapon system
support facilities at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China
Lake, California. The basic contract is for a minimum level of effort of
368,000 hours during a four-year period of performance. Work will be performed
in China Lake, California, and is expected to be completed by September 1999.
This contract contains options for a maximum of 1,840,000 hours of performance,
which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the contract to
$88,798,480. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured by request for proposal and
three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division,
China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N68936-96-D-0009).
Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Bloomfield, Connecticut, is being awarded a
$10,000,000 modification to previously awarded letter contract N00019-95-C-0127
for long lead materials and services for SH-2G(E) helicopters for the Egyptian
Government under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be
performed in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by
December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting
activity.
Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a
$20,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0020 for
the purchase of two E-2C aircraft under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Program for the government of France. This modification provides the funding
for the administration of the French Offset Program. Work will be performed in
Hawthorne, California (99%), and Bethpage, New York (1%), and is expected to be
completed by December 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C. is the
contracting activity.

ARMY
Thiokol Corporation, Ogden, Utah, was awarded on September 30, 1995, a
$12,250,000 delivery order amount to a cost plus fixed fee contract for
flexible manufacturing facility proveout. Work will be performed at the
Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant, Shreveport, Louisiana, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1999. Contract funds did not expire at the end of
fiscal year 1995. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 20, 1995.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical
Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAA09-95-G-0004).
