AIR FORCE

a $16,955,078 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for five
mobile Ground-to-Aircraft Transmit/Receive System, including installation,
checkout, demonstration, associated spares and 24 months' maintenance.
Contract is expected to be completed August 1999. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Electronic Systems Center,

BF Goodrich Company, Troy, Ohio, is being awarded a $14067700 firm fixed price
contract for 1192 wheel assemblies and 1008 brake assemblies in support of the
F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed June 1996. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 8 firms
solicited and 3 proposals received. Solicitation began June 1995; negotiations
were complete October 1995. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base,

NAVY
JIL Information Systems, Incorporated, Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a
$22,890,734 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity delivery order for aircraft
maintenance services at the Naval Air Station, China Lake, California. The
basic contract level of effort is

hours for a value of $4,578,147. Work will be performed in China Lake,

Tracor Aerospace, Incorporated, Austin, Texas, is being awarded an $11,202,986
firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 110 LAU-138/A BOL chaff
dispenser systems, related supplies, data and services for use on U.S. Navy
F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Austin, Texas (20%), and Stockholm,
Sweden (80%), and is expected to be completed by December 1998. Contract funds
will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not

Healy Tibbits Builders, Incorporated, Aiea, Hawaii, is being awarded a
$9,056,889 firm-fixed-price contract to replace the fender system and repair
fueling Pier H at the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor Hawaii, and is expected to be completed
by February 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 112 proposals
