AIR FORCE

Rockwell International Corporation, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $34,857,718 firm fixed price contract for six prototype, kitproof and qualification kits applicable to the KC-135 aircraft, along with associated integration engineering support. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 83 firms solicited and 5 proposals received. EG&G Special Projects, Incorporated, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is being awarded a $16,955,078 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for five mobile Ground-to-Aircraft Transmit/Receive System, including installation, checkout, demonstration, associated spares and 24 months' maintenance. Contract is expected to be completed August 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts is the contracting activity (F19628-93/C-0168, P00010).

BF Goodrich Company, Troy, Ohio, is being awarded a $14067700 firm fixed price contract for 1192 wheel assemblies and 1008 brake assemblies in support of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed June 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 8 firms solicited and 3 proposals received. Solicitation began June 1995; negotiations were complete October 1995. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity (F42630-95/C-0604).

NAVY

JIL Information Systems, Incorporated, Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $22,890,734 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity delivery order for aircraft maintenance services at the Naval Air Station, China Lake, California. 977,280 hours for a value of $22,890.734; the minimum level of effort is 19,456 hours for a value of $4,578,147. Work will be performed in China Lake, California, and is expected to be completed by October 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by request for proposal and three offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N68936-96-D-0018).

Tracor Aerospace, Incorporated, Austin, Texas, is being awarded an $11,202,986 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 110 LAU-138/A BOL chaff dispenser systems, related supplies, data and services for use on U.S. Navy F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Austin, Texas (20%), and Stockholm, Sweden (80%), and is expected to be completed by December 1998. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Healy Tibbits Builders, Incorporated, Aiea, Hawaii, is being awarded a $9,056,889 firm-fixed-price contract to replace the fender system and repair fueling Pier H at the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by February 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
