ARMY
Litton Guidance & Control Systems, Woodland Hills, California, is being
awarded a $22,271,431 firm fixed price contract for 625 AN/PPX-3B
Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogators. Work will be performed in
Northridge, California, and is expected to be completed by March 1, 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is
a sole source contract initiated on March 30, 1995. The contracting activity

NAVY
Electrospace Systems, Incorporated, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a
$6,149,147 firm-fixed-price with award fee contract for the upgrade of tactical
radio monitoring capabilities of the National Training Center Instrumentation
System at Fort Irwin, California. Work will be performed in Richardson, Texas,
and is expected to be completed by August 1997. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured
with one offer received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems
Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N61339-96-C-0010).
Unidyne Corporation of Norfolk, Virginia, is being awarded a $13,148,572
cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for
services to support the installation, removal, modernization and modification
of technical training equipment, devices and ancillary support hardware at
various Navy schools and training sites nationwide. Work will be performed in
Norfolk, Virginia region (41.8%), Great Lakes, Illinois (25.9%), San Diego,
California (17.9%), New London, Connecticut/Newport, Rhode Island Region
(13.9%) and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (.5%), and is expected to be completed
by October 1996. Contract funds in the amount of $1,985,435 will expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with
62 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Fleet and Industrial
Supply Center, Norfolk, Detachment, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the

Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia is being awarded a
$28,750,912 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-2100 for
planning yard and design support for SSN/SSBN Operational Submarines Programs.
Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be
completed by September 1996. Contract funds will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the
contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, California, is being awarded a
$7,186,012 face value increase to a cost plus incentive fee contract for a
Flight control System Maintenance Trainer applicable to the B-2 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed May 2000. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. Air Force Materiel Command,
