$6,370,000 increment as part of a $13,000,000 cost plus fixed fee letter
contract for FY96 Kiowa Warrior Depot level maintenance facilities. Work will
be performed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina (31%), Coleman Barracks, Germany
(31%), Monrovia, California (18%), Fort Hood, Texas (10%), and Camp Stanley,
Korea (10%), and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. Contract

NAVY
Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, Long Island, New York, is being
awarded a $30,000,000 cost-plus-incentive fee order to perform the integration
of the Cooperative Engagement Capability into the E-2C aircraft. This
capability will increase the aircraft's ability to verify identification of
threats and communicate those threats to other platforms. Work will be
performed in Bethpage, New York, and is expected to be completed by December
1996. Contract funds in the amount of $6,650,000 will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval

Missouri, is being awarded a $23,000,000 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-94-C-0058, to provide additional funds to the advanced
acquisition contract for the FY 1995 production program of 12 T-45 training
systems. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (69%), and Kingston,
United Kingdom (31%), and is expected to be completed by September 1997.

Force Base, New Mexico. The work will be performed at Logicon, Research and
