ARMY

McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Monrovia, California, is being awarded a $6,370,000 increment as part of a $13,000,000 cost plus fixed fee letter contract for FY96 Kiowa Warrior Depot level maintenance facilities. Work will be performed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina (31%), Coleman Barracks, Germany (31%), Monrovia, California (18%), Fort Hood, Texas (10%), and Camp Stanley, Korea (10%), and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on August 8, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-96-C-0027).

NAVY

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, Long Island, New York, is being awarded a $30,000,000 cost-plus-incentive fee order to perform the integration of the Cooperative Engagement Capability into the E-2C aircraft. This capability will increase the aircraft's ability to verify identification of threats and communicate those threats to other platforms. Work will be performed in Bethpage, New York, and is expected to be completed by December 1996. Contract funds in the amount of $6,650,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-94-G-0001).

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $23,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0058, to provide additional funds to the advanced acquisition contract for the FY 1995 production program of 12 T-45 training systems. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (69%), and Kingston, United Kingdom (31%), and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Technology, Management and Analysis Corporation, Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $5,834,696 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for integrated logistics support and ship maintenance support for the AEGIS class ship program. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by October 1996. Contract funds in the amount of $899,618 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured and four offers were received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-96-C-6409).

AIR FORCE

Logicon Research and Development Associates, Los Angeles, California, is being awarded a $22,458,373 cost plus award fee contract for systems engineering, modeling and technical support for optical, electronic, electro-optical and mechanical systems and subsystems at the Phillips Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The work will be performed at Logicon, Research and Development Associates, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Contract is expected to be completed August 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 38 firms solicited and 2 proposals received. Solicitation began June 1995 and negotiations were complete October 1995. General Electric Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $14,736,092 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for four spare F110-GE-129 engines applicable to the F-16 aircraft and associated warranty. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-94/D-2000-0015).

Dynamics Research Corporation, Andover, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $8,542,269 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for FY1996 Operational System Support for the Tactical Interim Core Automated Maintenance System. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Materiel Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-94/D-2555).

DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY

Unisource of Industry, CA, is being awarded a $5,193,553 Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type contract for miscellaneous commissary operating supplies on October 25, 1995. Work will be performed at Industry, CA with delivery to multiple sites throughout the West Coast and is expected to be completed by April 30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Forty-one firms were solicited and six bids were received.
