ARMY
Electrospace Systems, Incorporated, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a
$10,561,936 modification (exercising options) firm fixed price supply contract
for the production of 14 TROJAN Special Purpose Integrated Remote Intelligence
Terminal (SPIRIT) II Systems with no-cost warranty, and data. The TROJAN
SPIRIT II system is an integration of commercial and non-developmental items
(NDI) consisting of a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV)
mounted shelter with Mobile Antenna Platform (MAP) providing an intelligence
processing and dissemination capability via Satellite Communications (SATCOM)
communications in support of split-based operations; and, another HMMWV mounted
shelter providing a Spare Equipment and Maintenance (SEM) capability. Work
will be performed in Richardson, Texas, and is expected to be completed by
December 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were 122 bids solicited on March 19, 1993, and 4 bids
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and
Electronics Command, Warrenton, Virginia (DAAB10-93-C-0037).
NAVY
Rockwell International Corporation, Anaheim, California, is being awarded a
$24,630,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for technical engineering support
services for the MK 2 MOD 6/7 Ships Inertial Navigation System (SINS), the MK
43 MOD 0 Electrostatically Supported GYRO Monitor (ESGM), and the MK 1 MOD 0
Electrostatically GYRO Navigator equipment in support of U.S. and U.K. Fleet
Ballistic Missile (FBM) programs. Work will be performed in Anaheim,
California, and is expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds
in the amount of $23,347,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems

Tilly Constructors & Engineers, Incorporated*, Gulfport, Mississippi, is being
awarded a $7,692,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a
seven-level dormitory at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi. This
contract includes the base year plus one option (Option 4), which is being
exercised today, and will provide for landscaping, irrigation and ancillary
work. Work will be performed at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi,
and is expected to be completed by November 1996. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured with 61 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Naval
Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, Charleston, South Carolina,
is the contracting activity (N62467-93-C-0813).
Raytheon Corporation, Equipment Division, Marlborough, Massachusetts, is being
awarded a $18,887,174 ceiling-priced order contract for purchase of spare parts
for the AN/USC-38(V) Satellite Communication Program. Work will be performed in
Marlborough, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by December 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control
Point-Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity
(N00104-91-G-3001).
AIR FORCE
Hughes Aircraft Company, Fullerton, California, is being awarded a $50,000,000
face value increase to a fixed price incentive contract for a schedule
incentive award for early delivery of the Nationwide Ground-Air Defense and
Command, Control, Communication System. Contract is expected to be completed
January 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi Arabia. Electronic
