Colonial Healthcare Supply Co.*, Lake Zurich, Illinois, is being awarded a
$5,136,150 firm fixed price requirements contract for medical/surgical supplies
under the Prime Vendor medical/surgical program. Approximately two hundred
proposals were solicited and six were received. Work will be performed in
Indianapolis, Indiana; Cincinnati, Ohio; St. Louis, Missouri; Minneapolis,
Minnesota; and Detroit, Michigan and is expected to be completed by October 22,
1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense
Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting
activity (SP0200-96-D-7107).
Lokring Corporation*, Foster City, California, is being awarded an estimated
$5,000,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for various pipe
fittings and related tools and accessories. Two proposal was solicited and two
were received. Work is expected to be completed by October 27, 1995. Funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Construction
Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio is the contracting activity (SP0700-96-D-9712).
Survival Technology Inc.*, Rockville, Maryland, is being award a $58,927,777
firm fixed price contract for nerve agent antidote kits, automatic injection
Pralidoxime CHL, automatic injection Atropine, and diazepam injection. One
proposal was solicited and one was received. Work will be performed in St.
Louis, Missouri, and expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. Funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support
Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (
SP0200-96-D-0001).
NAVY
Syscon Services, Incorporated, Falls Church, Virginia, is being awarded a
$5,606,917 cost-plus-fixed-fee, six-month level-of-effort bridge modification
to previously awarded contract N00024-90-C-5615 for combat systems
design/engineering and ship design integration engineering services. Also
included in the modification are provisions for two additional three

month options for $2,092,534 and $1,813,706 respectively. This modification
provides a bridge until a follow-on competitive contract is awarded for these
engineering services. Work will be performed in Falls Church, Virginia, and is
expected to be completed by March 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity.
