Kit Pack Company*, Las Cruces, New Mexico, is being awarded an $8,911,326 firm
fixed price contract for 407 M113A3 conversion kits (includes a 100%
separately priced option which expires 390 days after award). These kits are
used for the upgrading of the M113 fleet. Work will be performed in Las
Cruces, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by May 23, 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 100

Kalyn/Siebert*, Gatesville, Texas, is being awarded a delivery order amount of
$6,162,444 as part of a $27,001,000 firm fixed price contract for 345 M129A4
semi-trailers, VAN, tactical, 12 ton, 4 wheel. Work will be performed in
Gatesville, Texas, and is expected to be completed by October 15, 1999. Of the
total contract funds, $925,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. There were 44 bids solicited on July 22, 1994, and 5 bids received. The

$11,144,285 face value increase to a cost plus fixed fee contract for the B-2
Industrial Base Preservation Effort through November 1995, which will maintain
the production capability for the B-2 aircraft. The work will be performed at
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington (46%); Northrop Grumman
Corporation, B-2 Division (30%); Loral Federal Systems, Owego, NY (12%); and
Hughes Aircraft Company, Los Angeles, California (5%). Contract is expected to
be completed November 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

Hughes Training, Incorporated, Binghampton, New York, is being awarded a
$19,865,559 firm fixed price contract for one Weapon System Trainer and one
Satellite Navigation Station applicable to the Aircrew Training System for the
C-130H2 aircraft and associated contractor logistics support and training.
Contract is expected to be completed January 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 45 firms solicited
and 4 proposals received. Solicitation began June 1995 and negotiations were

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a
$7,071,128 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for design,
fabrication and modification of support equipment, data, and technical orders
in support of the Boeing 767 airframe Airborne Warning and Control System
(AWACS) aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed September 1998.

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $9,849,000 order against a firm-fixed-price
contract for AN/APG-73 radar kits for F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed
in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by September 1996.
