DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Exxon Company International, Florham Park, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$41,466,370 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for overseas
commercial jet fuel. Seventy seven proposals were solicited and twenty three
were received. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The

Mobil International Aviation and Marine Sales, Inc., Fairfax, Virginia, is
being awarded a $12,169,247 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract
for overseas commercial jet fuel. Seventy seven proposals were solicited and
twenty three were received. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal
year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia is the

ARMY
Serv-Air, Incorporated, Greenville, Texas, is being awarded an $11,427,417
modification to a firm fixed price contract for base operation services for the
4th year option period under existing contract covering one base year and four
one-year option periods. Work will be performed at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock
Island, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by October 31, 1996.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
were 85 bids solicited on November 28, 1990, and 4 bids received. The
contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command,

Motorola, Incorporated, Government and Space Technology Group, Scottsdale,
Arizona, is being awarded a $1,000,000 increment as part of a $25,000,236 cost
plus fixed fee/time and materials contract for depot maintenance support and
field engineering and maintenance support for the Joint Surveillance Target
Attack Radar Systems (JSTARS) Medium Ground Station

Module (MGSM), Light Ground Station Module (LGSM), a Development Software
Support Environment (DSSE) facility and Ground Station Module Training
Simulator (GSMTS). Work will be performed in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is
expected to be completed by October 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on September 7, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Communications and Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey

Motorola, Incorporated, Government and Space Technology Group, Scottsdale,
Arizona, is being awarded a $75,000 increment as part of a $7,056,589 cost plus
fixed fee/time and materials contract for depot maintenance support and field
engineering and maintenance support for the Limited Procurement Urgent (LPU)
Ground Station Modules (GSM) and Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar Systems
(JSTARS) Interim Ground Station Modules (LPU GSM and IGSM) for JSTARS. Work
will be performed in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by
October 31, 1998. Of the total contract funds, $75,000 will expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July
12, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and
Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey (DAAB07-96-C-S202).
NAVY
Ingalls Shipbuilding, Incorporated, Pascagoula, Mississippi, is being awarded
a $55,880,342 cost-plus-award-fee contract for planning yard services in
support of the CG 47 AEGIS Class Cruisers, DD 963 Spruance Class Destroyers,
and the DDG 993 Kidd Class Destroyers. Work will be performed in Pascagoula,
Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by September 1996. Approximately
$28,600,000 of contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-96-C-2300).
General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division, Groton, Connecticut, is being
awarded a $11,833,210 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-91-C-4029 to provide reactor plant planning yard services for nuclear
powered submarines. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut and is
expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds will expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity.
The Titan Corporation, Titan Systems Division, San Diego, California, is being
awarded a $5,240,028 cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite quantity/indefinite
delivery-type contract for engineering support services, specifically C3I test
and evaluation and independent verification and validation, in support of the
Joint Maritime Command Information System (JMCIS). Work will be performed in
San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by October 1997. This
contract includes options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative total
of this contract to $13,653,577. Contract funds will not expire at the end of

Tybrin Corporation, Shalimar, Florida, is being awarded a $13,127,448 face
value increase to a cost plus award fee contract for FY1996 software
engineering support for headquarters, Air Force Development Test Center, Eglin
Air Force Base, Florida. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996.

Kovatch Corporation, Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a
$18,149,894 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for 137 R-11
Refueling Trucks. Contract is expected to be completed January 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Warner Robins Air
Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia is the contracting activity

Lockheed Advanced Development Company, Palmdale, California, is being awarded
a $5,645,464 fixed price incentive contract for 19 retrofit kits for the Ring
Laser Gyro/Global Positioning System Navigation Improvement Program applicable
to the F-117A aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed May 1997.
