NAVY

Ceselsa Incorporated, Madrid, Spain, is being awarded a $6,719,620 fixed price delivery order to upgrade the AV-8B trainers located at the Marine Corps Air Stations at Cherry Point, North Carolina, and Yuma, Arizona. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Stations at Cherry Point, North Carolina, and Yuma, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by June 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This contract is with a foreign firm under the auspices of an International Agreement between the United States, Italy, and Spain. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (N68335-93-G-0159).

E-Systems, Incorporated, Greenville Division, Greenville, Texas, is being awarded a $16,439,264 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0213 for the fabrication of 12 sustained readiness program core kits and miscellaneous conditional kits for the P-3 aircraft. Work will be performed in Greenville, Texas, and is expected to be completed by October 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Ser-Air, Incorporated, Greenville, Texas, is being awarded a $22,438,860 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for FY 1996 contractor logistics support for the C-21A aircraft. The work will be performed at CFC Aviation Services, Houston, Texas (35%); Ser-Air, Inc., Greenville, Texas (25%); and Bombardier Aviation Services, Tuscon, Arizona (25%). Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is the contracting activity (F34601-94/C-0950, P00020).

United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $8,084,949 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract for the Period 9 Earned Award Fee for performance of the Engineering and Manufacturing Development Contract for the F119 engine applicable tot he F-22 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical System Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-91/C-0007, P00118).
