fixed price contract for woodland coats, woodland trousers, tan coats, and tan
trousers. Thirty one proposals were solicited and five were received. Work
will be performed in Gibraltar, Puerto Rico, and Aibonito, Puerto Rico and is
expected to be completed by December 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of

Owens & Minor, Glen Allen, Virginia, is being awarded a $14,078,853 firm fixed
price requirements contract for medical/ surgical supplies under the Prime
Vendor medical/surgical program. Three hundred and eight proposals were
solicited and six were received. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida;
Jacksonville, Florida; Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; Augusta, Georgia; and Atlanta,
Georgia and is expected to be completed by November 6, 1996. Funds will not

Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Deerfield, Illinois is being awarded a
$8,407,140 firm fixed price requirements contract for medical/surgical products
under the Prime Vendor medical/surgical program. Three hundred proposals were
solicited and six were received. Work will be performed in Destrehan,
Louisiana and Memphis, Tennessee and is expected to be completed by November 7,
1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$6,956,544 ceiling priced order contract for procurement of forward cooling
plates used in F/A-18 aircraft engines. Work will be performed in Lynn,
Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by January 1997. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not

Boeing Defense and Aerospace, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a
$9,543,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0038 to
provide rapid response repairs and parts replenishment for the E-6A TACAMO
aircraft. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected
to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds will expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is

STANDARD Missile Company, Falls Church, Virginia, is being awarded a
$70,798,631 Not-to-Exceed (NTE) letter contract for R&D engineering support
services. Work will be performed in Bristol, Tennessee, (50%), Tuscon, Arizona
(43%), and Falls Church, Virginia (7%), and is expected to be completed by
October 1996. This contract combines purchases for the United States (97%),
and the Government of The Netherlands (3%), under the Foreign Military Sales
(FMS) Program. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems
