ARMY
Loral Vought Systems Corporation, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a
$33,189,604 modification to a firm fixed price contract for FY 96 full rate
production of the Army Tactical Missile System (Army TACMS) guided missile and
launching assembly and associated warranty. Work will be performed in Dallas,
Texas 98.2% and Horizon City, Texas 1.8%, and is expected to be completed by
August 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This is a sole source contract solicited on April 2, 1991. The
contracting activity is the U. S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal,
Alabama (DAAH01-92-C-0038).
J. E. Roberts Corporation, Citrus Heights, California, is being awarded a
$7,978,000 firm fixed price construction contract for construction and
necessary related design of replacement of 76 family housing units at Beale
AFB, California. Work includes demolition of 76 units, site clearing,
replacement and upgrade of utility systems and roads and construction of new
single family units. Asbestos and lead pain abatement is required. This is a
design/build project. Work will be performed at Beale Air Force Base,
California, and is expected to be completed by May 3, 1997. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 125 bids
solicited on February 24, 1995, and 3 bids received. The contracting activity
is the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento, California
(DACA05-96-C-0008).
McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, Arizona, is being awarded a
$202,194,000 firm fixed price contract for 30 Longbow Helicopters for the
Netherlands. Work will be performed in Mesa, Arizona, and is expected to be
completed by June 30, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 14,
1994. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Aviation and Troop Command,
St. Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-94-C-A002).

NAVY
McLaughlin Research Corporation, Middletown, Rhode Island, is being awarded a
$9,158,303 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
contract for the design, analysis, improvement, installation, test and
documentation of submarine electromagnetic systems. Work will be performed in
Middletown, Rhode Island, and is expected to be completed by November 2000.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was competitively procured with 63 proposals solicited and three
offers received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment, New London,
Connecticut, is the contracting activity (N66604-96-D-0090).
TRW, Avionics and Surveillance Group, San Diego, California, is being awarded
a $8,905,552 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-89-C-0346 for
Joint Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - Hunter (JT UAV-Hunter) 1995 contractor
logistics support. Work will be performed in Fort Huachuca, Arizona (75%), and
San Diego, California (25%), and is expected to be completed by December 1995.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
CORRECTIONS
Navy contract N00024-96-C-5301 with STANDARD Missile Company, Falls Church,
Virginia, previously announced on November 7, 1995, in the amount of
$70,798,631 for R&D engineering support services, incorrectly specified the
locations of the work to be performed under the contract. Work will be
performed in Bedford, Massachusetts (45%), Tucson, Arizona (45%), and Falls
Church, Virginia (10%). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is
the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$5,961,344 cost plus fixed fee contract for FY1996 support services for the
F-117A aircraft, including logistics support, sustaining engineering,
engineering and technical data. Contract is expected to be completed September
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began May
1995 and negotiations were complete September 1995. Sacramento Air Logistics
Center, McClellan Air Force Base, California is the contracting activity

TRW, Incorporated, Electronic Systems Group, Redondo Beach, California, is
being awarded a $5,039,007 face value increase to a cost plus award fee
contract for additional modeling support for the design and demonstration of a
high performance, low power, radiation-

September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. Rome Laboratory, Rome, New York is the contracting activity

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Long Beach, California, is being awarded a
$5,910,000 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for award of an
incentive fee earned by the contractor for performance of the C-17 aircraft
during its Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability Evaluation conducted
from 7 July 1995 through 5 August 1995. Contract is expected to be completed.
Contract funds expire at the end of the current fiscal year. is the
