DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
L&L Oil Company Inc., Metairie, Louisiana, is being awarded a $5,253,475 fixed
price with economic price adjustment contract for marine gas oil. Three
hundred forty two proposals were solicited and seventeen proposals were
received. Work will be performed in Venice, Louisiana; New Orleans, Louisiana;
Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Beaumont, Texas and expected to be completed by
January 30, 1998. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia is
the contracting activity (SP0600-96-D-0013).
NAVY
Lockheed Corporation, Marrietta, Georgia, is being awarded a $27,459,381
cost-plus-fixed-fee/firm-fixed-price contract for non-recurring engineering and
procurement of a replacement flight data computer for the S-3/ES-3 aircraft.
Work will be performed in Marrietta, Georgia, and is expected to be completed
by February 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air
Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity
(N00019-95-C-0137).
AIR FORCE
Loral Systems Company, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a $98,685,237
cost plus award fee contract for an effort to reduce the Operation and
Maintenance Cost and to reduce mission turnaround time of the Spacelift Range
System. Contract is expected to be completed November 2005. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 118 firms
solicited and 3 proposals received. Solicitation began May 1995 and
negotiations were completed September 1995. Space and Missile Systems Center,

Orbital Sciences Corporation, Dulles, Virginia, is being awarded a $14,000,000
face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for launch services for a
classified Department of Defense satellite. Contract is expected to be
completed December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles,
California, is the contracting activity (MDA972-89/C-0089, P00041).
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, California, is being awarded a
$22,128,763 face value increase to a fixed price incentive fee contract for
maintenance of technical orders for the B-2 aircraft. Contract is expected to
be completed December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force
Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (F33657-87/C-2000, P00571).
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Wichita, Kansas, is being awarded a
$72,830,000 firm fixed price contract for 12 Re-engineering Kits for the KC-135
aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed October 1997. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm
solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began July 1995 and
negotiations were complete October 1995 This effort supports foreign military
sales to Turkey (7 kits) and France (5 kits). Oklahoma City Air Logistics
