ARMY
Kreizenbeck Constructors, Incorporated, Boise, Idaho, was awarded on November
24, 1995, a $6,140,000 increment as part of a $7,085,000 firm fixed price
contract to design and build 52 family housing units, and construct senior
officer housing which is already 100% designed. Work will be performed at
Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, and is expected to be completed by
November 3, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were 88 bids solicited on June 9, 1995, and 4 bids
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
Seattle, Washington (DACA67-96-C-0002).
AIR FORCE
Tracor Aerospace, Inc., San Ramon, California, is being awarded a $9,486,307
face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract for engineering and
manufacturing development of Advanced Strategic and Tactical Infrared
Expendables (ASTE). Contract is expected to be completed December 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

NAVY
Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation, Bellevue, Washington, is being
awarded a not-to-exceed $70,000,000 base year (guaranteed minimum $2,000,000)
indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity, cost-plus-award-fee contract for
environmental remedial action to provide the personnel, equipment, materials,
and facilities to respond to multiple requests for environmental support at
various sites. This contract contains options which, if exercised, would bring
the cumulative value of this contract to $300,000,000. Work will be performed
at various locations within the states of Washington (80%), Alaska excluding
Adak Island (14%), Oregon (2%), Idaho (2%), and Montana (2%), and is expected
to be completed by November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a request
for proposal and four offers were received. The Engineering Field Activity
Northwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Poulsbo, Washington, is the
contracting activity (N44255-95-D-6030).
