ARMY

Holston Defense Corporation, Kingsport, Tennessee, is being awarded a $6,888,491 modification to a cost plus fixed fee contract for ammunition explosives. Work will be performed at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant, Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on November 22, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions, and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAA09-92-Z-0008).

OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HEALTH MEDICAL PROGRAM OF THE

UNIFORMED SERVICES

Humana Military Healthcare Services, of Louisville, KY, is being awarded a $3,780,715,847 fixed price, indefinite delivery contract with provisions for adjustment of health care prices, for Managed Care Support services in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, South Carolina, and eastern third of Louisiana. The contract also covers the processing of CHAMPUS foreign claims, including claims from Puerto Rico; Europe, Africa and the Middle East; the Pacific Area; and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Bermuda and the West Indies. This contract provides for a six month start-up period plus five one-year option periods. The planned start date for health care delivery under the contract is May 1, 1996. The Office of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services, Aurora, Colorado, is the contracting activity (MDA906-96-C-0002).

Lockheed Corporation, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a $15,000,000 face value increase to a indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide Developmental Planning Specialized Projects to all Aeronautical Systems Command (ASC) System Program Offices, in both classified and unclassified programs. Boeing Aerospace Operations, Cocoa Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $7,584,742 firm fixed price contract to provide Contractor Logistics Support for T/CT-43A trainer aircraft. Work will be performed at Boeing's facility in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 70 firms solicited and 5 proposals received. Solicitation began February 1995 and negotiations were complete October 1995. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is the contracting activity (F34601-95/C-0610).
