Texas, is being awarded a $31,531,912 cost plus fixed fee contract for
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Silo dismantlement for Kazakstan.
Work will be performed in Kazakstan, and is expected to be completed by
December 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current

AIR FORCE
Korean Airlines, Seoul, Korea, is being awarded a $36,797,875 firm fixed price
contract to provide Programmed Depot Maintenance of F-15 aircraft within the
Pacific Air Force theater. This contract is administered at Warner Robins Air
Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The work will be performed
at Korean Airlines' facility in Seoul, Korea. Contract is expected to be
completed November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received.
Solicitation began September 1995 and negotiations were complete October 1995.
Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the

McDonnell Douglas Training Systems, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a
$9,439,266 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for FY1996
Contractor Logistics Support for Ground Based Training Systems applicable to
the T-1A aircraft. The work will be performed at Loral Quintron, Chantilly,
Virginia. Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$9,265,440 firm-fixed-price basic order agreement contract for procurement of
high pressure turbine blades used on the F-404 engine in support of the F/A-18
aircraft. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, and is expected to be
completed by July 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with two
proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Inventory Control Point
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity

Sea-Land Service, Incorporated, Charlotte, North Carolina, is being awarded an
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity service contract for an estimated value
of $27,000,000 for U.S. flag commercial intermodal container service for the
carriage of commissary store cargo between points in the continental United
States (East Coast and Gulf of Mexico) and points in the United Kingdom and
Northern Europe for the Defense Commissary Agency/Defense Personnel Support
Center. The carrier shall provide and maintain regular weekly transatlantic
sailings. This contract will be completed by November 1996. Contract funds
will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
competitively procured with two companies solicited and one offer received.
