DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
McKesson Drug Company, San Francisco, California, is being awarded an
estimated $20,747,363 firm fixed price modified requirement contract for
pharmaceuticals under the Prime Vendor pharmaceutical program. One hundred
twenty proposals were solicited and five were received. Work will be performed
in Sacramento, California, and is expected to be completed by November 29,
1996. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the
contracting activity (SP0200-95-D-7017).
ARMY
Cummins Engine Company, Columbus, Indiana, is being awarded a delivery order
amount of $7,597,542 as part of a fixed price with economic price
adjustments/requirements contract for 42 diesel engines for the Multiple Launch
Rocket System, and 150 diesel engines for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System.
Work will be performed in Seymour, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by
December 31, 1996. This is a sole source contract initiated on May 15, 1991.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Command, Warren,
Michigan (DAAE07-91-D-A004).
AIR FORCE
Martin Marietta Technologies, Incorporated, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded
a $74,193,835 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to extend long
lead funding for 23 Navigation Pods and 10 Sharpshooter Pods applicable to the
Low Altitude Navigation Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) system for the
F-15 and F-16 aircraft. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign military sales to Israel.

Martin Marietta Corporation, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a $21,774,214
face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to definitize long lead
funding for ten Sharpshooter Pods applicable to the Low Altitude Navigation
Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN). Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign military sales to

Loral Command and Control Systems, Colorado Springs, Colorado, is being
awarded a $13,167,397 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract for
FY1996 hardware and software maintenance, special studies, and procurement of
an IBM S-390 computer system in support of the Space Defense Operations Center
at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Base, Colorado. Contract is expected to be
completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

Robbins-Gioia, Incorporated, Alexandria, Virginia, is being awarded a
$14,900,000 face value increase to a indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
contract to provide for hardware and software support and maintenance, labor
support, acquisition of hardware and software, training, travel, and supplies
in support of the Program Management Support System (PMSS) for Air Force
Materiel Command and the Joint Logistics Systems Center. Contract is expected
to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. Materiel Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force

NAVY
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee letter contract with a ceiling
value of $69,000,000 for the development and integration of the Advanced
Tactical Reconnaissance Airborne System (ATARS) into the F/A-18 aircraft. Work
will be performed in Syosset, New York (70%), and St. Louis, Missouri (30%),
and is expected to be completed by June 1998. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee order with a ceiling value of
$8,341,000 for combined interrogator/transponder support equipment for the
F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is
expected to be completed by September 1998. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively

Martin), Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $10,187,931 modification to

services in support of the AEGIS Weapon System (ship and system support) and
interim-level depot supply and repair support. Work will be performed in

Work will be performed in Estill Springs, Tennessee (46.5%), Chicago, Illinois
(8.5%), Huntsville, Alabama (7%), Wichita Falls, Texas (5%), Harahan, Louisiana
(4.5%), Chattanooga, Tennessee (4%), Ogden, Utah (4%), Nashville, Tennessee

72 plastics waste processors and related installation and checkout spares,
onboard spares, and auxiliary components for surface ships. Work will be
performed in Sunnyvale, California (20%), Johnstown, Pennsylvania (26%), North
Huntington, Pennsylvania (22%), Sommerset, Pennsylvania (16%), Latrobe,
Pennsylvania (9%), and Chicago, Illinois (3%), with the remaining 4% of the
work, comprising numerous miscellaneous small parts, performed at various

Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a
$6,250,189 modification to previously awarded contract N00030-95-C-0007 for
support of alteration of United States and United Kingdom Fleet Ballistic
Missile (FBM) Vertical Support Group (VSG) equipment. This modification brings
the cumulative value of this contract to $40,537,086. Work will be performed
in Sunnyvale, California, and is expected to completed by December 1998.
