DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Durr Medical Corporation, Montgomery, Alabama, is being awarded a $6,824,066firm fixed price requirements contract for medical/surgical products under thePrime Vendor medical/surgical products program. Approximately three hundredproposals were solicited and eight were received. Work will be performed inFayetteville, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina and is expected to becompleted by December 6, 1996. The Defense Personnel Support Center,Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (SP0200-96-D-7112).

ARMY

Texas Instruments, Incorporated, Plano, Texas, was awarded on December 5,1995, a $4,261,500 letter modification to a $13,022,193 cost plus fixed feecontract for Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) Reconfigurable SimulatorInitiative (ARSI) Army Reserve/National Guard training support. This effortsupports the Army Reserve/National Guard (ARNG) training initiatives inpreparation for National Training Center (NTC) exercises scheduled for April1996. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to becompleted by June 5, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of thecurrent fiscal year. This is a sole source contract solicited on November 7,1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, RedstoneArsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-93-C-R168).

Atkinson-Dillingham-Lane, a joint venture, San Bruno, California, is beingawarded a $1,600,000 increment as part of a $223,913,000 firm fixed pricecontract for replacement of Ohio River Locks and Dams 52 and 53, Olmsted LockComplex. Work will be performed in Illinois and Kentucky, and is expected tobe completed by December 30, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the endof the current fiscal year. There were 101 bids solicited and 5 bids received.The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville,Kentucky (DACA27-96-C-0005).

NAVY

Scott Aviation, Lancaster, New York, is being awarded a $9,703,215 deliveryorder contract on a ceiling-priced basis for the purchase of 39,926 emergencyescape breathing devices. Work will be performed in Monroe, North Carolina(80%) and Lancaster, New York (20%), and is expected to be completed by April1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.This award was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control PointMechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00104-95-G-0001).

AIR FORCE

CAE-Link Corporation, Binghampton, New York, is being awarded a $17,147,255face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for FY1996 Operation,Maintenance and Services for the Aircrew Training System applicable to theC-130 aircraft. The work will be performed at CAE-Link Corporation, LittleRock Air Force Base, Arkansas. Contract is expected to be completed September1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity(F33657-86/C-0103, P00156).

Teledyne Electronic Systems, Northridge, California, is being awarded a$63,800,898 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for 200AN/APX-109(V)3 Advanced Identification Friend or Foe Systems applicable to theF-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 1998. Contractfunds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effortsupports foreign military sales to Korea and Turkey. Aeronautical SystemsCenter, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity(F33657-93/C-2242, PZ0001).
