continuation of launch and orbital operations, repair of government property
and sustaining support for the Global Positioning System Block II/IIA satellite

GEC-Marconi Systems Corporation, Wayne, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$6,088,000 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for ten Class
2/2H Terminals applicable to the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System
(JTIDS). Contract is expected to be completed September 1998. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Electronic System
Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity

Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a
$7,000,000 face value increase to a time and materials contract to exercise one
option for an additional year of Engineering Services to support heavy
Logistics System 410 (C-5A/B aircraft and support equipment). Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. San Antonio Air
Logistics Center, Kelly Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity

ARMY
Lockheed Engineering & Sciences, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, is
being awarded an increment subject to availability of FY 95 and FY 96 RDT&E
funds (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery
order) as part of an estimated $32,040,535 cost plus awards fee contract for
operations, maintenance and engineering support services - 12 months extension
to contract DAAD07-91-C-0108. Work will be performed in White Sands Missile
Range, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1996. The
contracting activity is U. S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, White Sands,
New Mexico (DAAD07-91-C-0108).
Raytheon Company, Electronics System Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, was
awarded on December 29, 1995, a modification to a Cost Plus Awards Fee contract
for FY 96 Patriot Engineering Services of 6,794.50 man-months level-of-effort.
Work will be performed in Bedford, Massachusetts - 78.81%; Andover,
Massachusetts - 5.86%; Burlington, Massachusetts - 6.18%; Huntsville, Alabama -
6.11%; Orlando, Florida - 1.53%; Wayland, Massachusetts - .58%; and El Paso,
Texas - .93%, and is expected to be completed by January 31, 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract initiated on August 15, 1995. The contracting activity is the
U. S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-95-C-0043).
