ARMY
Lockheed-Martin, GETS/Patriot program, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a
not to exceed $11,247,000 increment as part of a not to exceed $25,220,000 firm
fixed price contract for one Patriot General Electronic Test Station 1000B and
installation for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Work will be performed in
Huntsville, Alabama (70%), Saudi Arabia (15%), and Kuwait (15%), and is
expected to be completed by December 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on
December 15, 1995. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Test and
Evaluation Command, Yuma, Arizona (DAAH01-96-C-0089).
NAVY
Boeing Defense and Space, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $15,684,764
firm-fixed-price contract to provide logistics support for the E-6A aircraft.
Work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to
be completed by October 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval
Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity
(N00019-96-C-0010).
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Bindley Western Industries, Inc., Indianapolis, Indiana, is being
awarded a $16,350,193 firm fixed price contract to provide pharmaceutical
products under the Prime Vendor pharmaceuticals program. Forty-eight proposals
were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Shelby, North
Carolina, and is expected to be completed by January 3, 1997. The Defense
Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting

Ashland Chemical Co., Dublin, Ohio, is being awarded a $6,256,314 fixed price
with economic price adjustment contract to provide a fuel system icing
inhibitor. Three hundred proposals were solicited and eight were received.
Work is expected to be completed by
January 30, 1997. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is
the contracting activity (SP0600-96-D-0750).
Truman Arnold Companies*, Temple, Texas, is being awarded a $6,524,076 fixed
price with economic price adjustment contract for low sulfur diesel fuel and
midgrade unleaded gasoline. Three hundred forty-one proposals were solicited
and twelve were received. Work is
expected to be completed by May 31, 1998. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort
