ARMY
Lockheed Engineering & Sciences, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, is
being awarded an increment subject to availability of FY 95 and FY 96 RDT&E
funds (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery
order) as part of an estimated $32,040,535 cost plus awards fee contract for
operations, maintenance and engineering support services - 12 months extension
to contract DAAD07-91-C-0108. Work will be performed in White Sands Missile
Range, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1996. The
contracting activity is U. S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, White Sands,

Raytheon Company, Electronics System Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, was
awarded on December 29, 1995 a modification to a Cost Plus Awards Fee contract
for FY 96 Patriot Engineering Services of 6,794.50 man-months level-of-effort.
Work will be performed in Bedford, Massachusetts - 78.81%; Andover,
Massachusetts - 5.86%; Burlington, Massachusetts - 6.18%; Huntsville, Alabama -
6.11%; Orlando, Florida - 1.53%; Wayland, Massachusetts - .58%; and El Paso,
Texas - .93%, and is expected to be completed by January 31, 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract initiated on August 15, 1995. The contracting activity is the
U. S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. (DAAH01-95-C-0043)
AIR FORCE
Johnson Technology, Muskegon, Michigan, is being awarded a $9,101,816 firm
fixed price contract for 5,248 nozzle segments applicable to the F110 engine on
the B-1, B-2 and F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed April
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There were two firms solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began
October 1995; negotiations were complete January 1996. Oklahoma City Air
Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity
