DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY
MCI Government Markets, McLean, VA, is being awarded a $12,675,064 firm-fixed
price contract for leased communication services from Ft. Belvoir, VA to
Molesworth, United Kingdom to support Defense Information Systems Network
Leading Edge Services (DISA LES). An amount of $5,990,764 was initially
obligated. The award was made on a competitive basis. The requirement was
released under the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Acquisition
Bulletin Board System; four offers were received. The Defense Information

ARMY
Oshkosh Truck Corporation, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is being awarded an $11,539,012
modification to a firm fixed price with economic price adjustments contract, to
exercise the fifth program year option for 47 palletized load system trucks.
Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and is expected to be completed
by November 30, 1996. Of the total contract funds, $3,362,004 will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 3 bids solicited on November
21, 1989, and 3 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-90-C-R035).
AM General Corporation, South Bend, Indiana, is being awarded a $22,232,736
modification to a fixed price with economic price adjustments contract, to
exercise the option for 478 remanufactured 2 1/2 ton cargo trucks for the
extended service program. Work will be performed in South Bend**, Indiana
(90%), and Livonia, Michigan (10%), and is expected to be completed by April
30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. There were 2 bids solicited on August 28, 1993, and 2 bids received.

Duncan Aviation, Incorporated*, Lincoln, Nebraska, is being awarded a
$5,252,747 modification to a firm fixed price with cost reimbursement contract
for life cycle contractor support for 16 C-23 aircraft. Work will be performed
at 12 beddown bases within the continental United States, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. There were 61 bids solicited on March 18, 1994, and 4
bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop
Command, St. Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-94-C-0415).
NAVY
The Carley Corporation, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a $5,666,245
firm-fixed-price contract for multi-media curriculum development services for
the Naval Education and Training Program Management Support Activity (NETPMSA)
, Pensacola, Florida. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida (90%) and
Pensacola, Florida (10%), and is expected to be completed by January 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was competitively procured with 205 proposals solicited and 12 offers
received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, Detachment
Philadelphia, Pennyslvania, is the contracting activity (N00140-96-D-J053).
CH2M Hill, Federal Group Limited, Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded a
$300,038 cost-plus-award fee indefinite delivery contract for a Comprehensive
Long-Term Environmental Action, Navy (CLEAN). The contract provides for
program management and technical services including assessments, studies,
investigations, and remedial designs associated with support of the
Installation Restoration Program, and Base Closure environmental efforts at
naval installations under the cognizance of Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities
Engineering Command. The total contract amount is not to exceed $125,000,000
(base period and nine one-year options). Work will be performed for various
Navy and Marine Corps activities primarily in Virginia (38%), Maryland (20%),
North Carolina (30%), West Virginia (9%), Puerto Rice (2%), and other
geographical areas to include but not limited to Cuba, Bermuda, Africa, West
Indies, Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Panama Canal Zone, various other Caribbean Sea
areas, United Kingdom, Europe, Eastern Atlantic, Iceland, and the Azores (1%),
and is not to exceed ten years. Contract funds will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured and four
proposals were received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic
Division, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-95-D-6007).
Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems, Incorporated, Waco, Texas, is being
awarded
a $37,605,524 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0224 to
modify E-6A TACAMO (Take Charge and Move Out) aircraft to an E-6B configuration
by incorporating equipment from the Air Force EC-135 aircraft into the E-6A
aircraft. This upgrade will allow the aircraft to perform Airborne Command
Post missions. Work will be performed in Waco, Texas, and is expected to be
completed by July 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, DC, is the
contracting activity.

PEMCO Aeroplex Incorporated, Birmingham, Alabama, is being awarded a
$7,681,383 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract for an Equitable
Adjustment to the Programmed Depot Maintenance Program for the KC-135 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1994. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics
Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity
