Bindley Western Drug Company, Shelby, North Carolina, is being awarded a
$32,632,380 firm fixed price modified requirement contract to provide
pharmaceutical products under the Prime Vendor pharmaceuticals program. Three

NAVY
Soltek, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $6,731,860 firm-fixed-price
contract to furnish all labor, material and equipment to construct a T-10 jet
engine test cell at Naval Air Station, Lemoore, California. Work will be
performed in Lemoore, California, and is expected to be completed by September
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Banks Construction Company,* North Charleston, South Carolina, is being
awarded a $5,602,290 firm-fixed-price contract for the Maintenance Complex
Sitework, Phase II, at the Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, South Carolina.
Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina, and is expected to be
completed by September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

$33,930,672 cost-plus-award-fee contract for the Phased Maintenance Program

(LSD 40). Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to

$7,539,754 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide TRIDENT Cost of Ownership
Reduction Initiatives. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, California, and

ARMY
Nichols Research Corporation, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a
$27,393,614 increment as part of a $42,271,353 firm fixed price and cost plus
award fee contract with a projected cumulative total of $155,376,897 (if all
options are exercised) for integration of a High Performance Computing (HPC)
capability, including delivery of an HPC computational and programming
environment, associated system integration and support infrastructure services,
and training. Work will be performed in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and is
expected to be completed by March 18, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 453 bids solicited on February

McMaster Construction, Incorporated*, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is being
awarded a $7,167,822 firm fixed price contract for construction of a flight
simulator/academic facility of approximately 62,000 square feet and configured
to support flight simulators, academic classrooms and instructor space for the
KC-135 mission qualification and continuous training. The facility includes a
high bay area for six training devices along with instructor offices,
administrative area, environmentally controlled computer areas, academic
classrooms,

Construction materials will consist of structural steel and masonry
superstructure with concrete piers and grade beam foundation, concrete floors
and a standing seam metal roof. The project includes parking lot and access
roads, landscaping, and site utilities improvements. Work will be performed at
Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by January 12,
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Harris Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded an $11,166,828
modification to a firm fixed price and time and materials contract for
upgrading and refurbishing the antenna at each heavy terminal/medium terminal,
worldwide, used in the Defense Satellite Communications System. This
acquisition is for the exercise of various spares (contract line options) under
option year III in support of the heavy terminal/medium terminal modernization
program. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be
completed by December 30, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. There were 60 bids solicited on June 17, 1991, and

GTE Government Systems Division, Taunton, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$7,433,603 increment as part of a not-to-exceed $14,867,206 modification to a
firm fixed price with economic price adjustments contract to provide Soldier
Machine Interface, network planning and engineering, battlefield spectrum
management, system administration, data distribution and planning and map
management to the Network Management Tool of the Mobile Subscriber Equipment
System. Work will be performed in Taunton, Massachusetts, and is expected to
be completed by March 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were 143 bids solicited on February 7, 1984 and two

Hensel Phelps Construction Company, Austin, Texas, is being awarded a
$15,177,000 firm fixed price contract for construction of B-2 support
facilities - Package 82, maintenance and convoy roads. The building work
consists of two maintenance bay areas separated by a support area. Site work
includes: a 2500 kVA padmounted transformer and electrical service line,
removal of existing airfield pavement and placement of new PCC apron pavement,
new concrete convoy roads with subdrains and grading, water, sewer, waste
drain, fire water service lines and sanitary sewer collection piping. Work
will be performed at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, and is expected to be
completed by June 9, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
