DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Exxon Company, U.S.A, Houston, Texas, is being awarded an estimated
$231,453,590 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for grade JP8
aviation turbine fuel. Three hundred seven proposals were solicited and thirty
five were received. Work will be performed in Baytown, Texas and Baton Rouge,
Louisiana and is expected to be completed by April 30, 1997. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort

AIR FORCE
Rockwell International Corporation, Duluth, Georgia, was awarded a $33,112,916
firm fixed price contract on March 19 for upgrade of 214 AGM-130 missiles and
associated spare parts, data and warranty. Contract is expected to be
completed November 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There was one firms solicited and one proposal received.
Solicitation began July 1995 and negotiations were complete March 1996.
Aeronautical Systems Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting

Open Software Foundation, Cambridge, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$10,810,433 cost reimbursement contract to provide for software research and
development in support of Advanced Research Projects Agency. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Solicitation began
August 1995; negotiations were complete January 1996. Electronic Systems

$30,500,000 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for
100 AGM-130 missiles, 60 tactical and 40 training altimeters applicable

T.W. Machining Incorporated, Muskegon Heights, Michigan, is being awarded a
$10,446,778 firm fixed price contract to provide for 56,402 (estimated
quantity) High Pressure Turbine Shrouds for the F101 engine applicable to the
B-1B aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed October 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 22
firms solicited and 6 proposals received. Solicitation began November 1995 and
negotiations were complete December 1995. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center,
Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity

Sun Microsystems Federal, Incorporated, Mountain View, California, is being
awarded a $956,000,000 firm fixed price contract to provide for various
computer workstations and associated software, peripherals, maintenance,
spares, training and technical support under the Air Force Workstations
program. Workstations will support command and control as well as scientific,
engineering, logistics and other applications for worldwide use. Contract is
expected to be completed March 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. There were approximately 150 firms solicited and 5
proposals received. Solicitation began April 1995; negotiations were complete

fixed price contract to provide for various computer workstations and

contract for technical support for the General Noise and Tonal System (GNATS)
program. Work will be performed
