AIR FORCE

replacement of 161 units of military family housing at Edwards Air Force Base,

Boeing Defense and Space, Oak Ridge Tennessee. Contract is expected to be

Roger Kennedy Construction, Incorporated, Altamonte Springs, Florida, is being
awarded a $7,189,879 firm fixed price contract to provide for construction of
20 new units of military family housing and demolition of 53 existing units at
Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. The work will be performed at Patrick Air
Force Base, Florida. Contract is expected to be completed April 1997.

Rockwell International Corporation, Anaheim, California, is being awarded a
$9,000,000 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide for engineering services in
support of the guidance and control systems on the Minuteman and Peacekeeper
missiles. This effort will include hardware

II & III, additions/renovations to General's Quarter dwelling units. The
project is as follows: demolition/rehabilitation and expansion to 100 family
housing units in Phase II, 80 housing units in Phase III and 4 single family
general officer quarters. The work will include exterior building additions to
expand living areas, re-roofing, residing, new doors and windows, patios,
privacy fencing, storage sheds, carports, walkways, recreation/landscape
development and utilities upgrade, as well as interior improvements of
finishes, cabinetry, asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, telephone and
cable television outlets. Work will be performed at McGuire Air Force Base,
New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by January 31, 1998. Contract

$12,736,497 fixed price contract for excavating a river bed; providing rock
slope protection; side drains; adjustment at five undercrossings; installing
scour noses; access ramps, paving and related appurtenances (approximately 4
miles). Work will be performed at the lower Santa Ana River, between Imperial

BFGoodrich Aerospace, Engineered Polymer Products, Jacksonville, Florida, is
being awarded a $7,753,242 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-94-C-6203 for seven AN/SQS-26/53 sonar dome rubber windows, seven
shipping installation fixtures, and installation and technical services. Work
will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by
January 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal

Asta Engineering, Incorporated, * Malvern, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a
$10,697,503 indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering
and technical analysis and support services for Naval ship gas turbine, diesel,
and power transmission systems and ancillary equipment. Work will be performed
in Portland, Maine (3.5%), Bath, Maine (10.5%), Pascagoula, Mississippi
(28.5%), Mayport, Florida (6.9%), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (3.7%), San Diego,

N62472-94-D-0398 for remediation of Tank Farm #4 at the Naval Education and

contents and cleaning eleven tanks, treating or disposing of the product, water
and sludge fractions, and off-site disposal of any petroleum-impacted soil
excavated. Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island, and is expected
