AIR FORCE
United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a
$9,021,036 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for
repair services for the F-117-PW-100 engine applicable to the C-17 aircraft.
The work will be performed at Pratt & Whitney Manufacturing Operations,
Middletown, Connecticut. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force

Loral Space and Range Systems Company, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded
a $68,979,356 cost plus award fee contract to provide for design and
development activities for an upgraded system to replace the Communications
Segment of the Air Force Satellite Control Network. Contract is expected to be
completed September 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were 50 firms solicited and 1 proposal received.
Solicitation began October 1995; negotiations were complete March 1996. Space
and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting
activity (F04701-96/C-0018).

$7,104,000 firm fixed price contract to provide for 256 flameholders applicable
to the F100-PW-100/200/220 engines for the F-15 and F-16 aircraft. The work
will be performed at United Technologies Corporation, East Hartford,
Connecticut. Contract is expected to be completed July 1997. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm
solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began and negotiations were
complete in March 1996. San Antonio Air Logistics Center, Kelly Air Force
Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F34601-94/G-0028).
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Long Beach, California, is being awarded a
$17,520,000 face value increase to a form fixed incentive firm contract to
provide for the Third Evaluation Period (1 August 1995 - 31 January 1996)

NAVY
PRB Associates, Incorporated, Hollywood, Maryland, is being awarded a
$5,005,494 modification to previously awarded contract N00102-96-D-0071 for
software life-cycle engineering, technical, logistics and maintenance support
for the Navy Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, East Coast
Division, St. Inigoes, Maryland. Work will be performed in St. Inigoes,
Maryland, and is expected to be completed by January 1997. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Portsmouth Naval
Shipyard, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is the contracting activity.
Vitro Corporation, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $29,386,345
modification to previously awarded contract N00024-92-C-5115 to provide
engineering services in support of the AEGIS Shipbuilding Project (PMS-400).
Work will be performed in Rockville, Maryland (30%), and Arlington, Virginia
(70%), and is expected to be completed by July 1997. Contract funds in the
amount of $4,744,733 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The
Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
ARMY
Camber Corporation*, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded an increment
(appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order)
as part of a not-to-exceed $49,875,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity,
time and materials contract for programmatic and technical support. This is a
five year indefinite quantity task order contract, individual task orders will
be negotiated during the term of the program, for advisory and assistance
services in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, and Program
Executive Offices, Aviation. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri,
and is expected to be completed by March 25, 2001. There were 219 bids
solicited on September 22, 1995, and four bids received. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis, Missouri
(DAAJ09-96-D-0020).
