ARMY
Radian International, LLC, Auston, Texas, is being awarded an increment
(appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order)
as part of a not-to-exceed $6,000,000 firm fixed price contract for
investigation and design of miscellaneous military and civil hazardous, toxic,
radioactive waste-type site projects for a one year period from the date of
contract award, plus two option years. Work will be performed at Langley Air
Force Base, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by March 26, 1997. There
were ten bids solicited on February 8, 1995, and one bid was received. The

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
Miller Drilling Company, Incorporated*, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded
a $1,672,072 increment as part of a $5,118,243 fixed price contract for
drilling services. Work will be performed as required at various locations
throughout Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 98
bids solicited on April 5, 1995, and three bids received. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama

NAVY
Bell Helicopter Textron, Incorporated, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a
$38,085,639 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of five AH-1W
helicopters,
technical data and related technical support for the U.S. Marine Corps
Reserves. Work
will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by
February 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems

DynCorp, Norco Division, Norco, California, is being awarded a $9,073,986
cost-plus-award-fee contract for engineering, technical, operational, and
ancillary services in support of
the Naval Warfare Assessment Division, Corona, California. This contract
contains options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the
contract to $93,211,264. Work
will be performed in Corona, California, and is expected to be completed by
September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 99 proposals

PRC, Incorporated, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,235,977
modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-6430 for engineering
and technical services in support of the AEGIS Program Office, Arlington,
Virginia. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be
completed by September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is

STANDARD Missile Company, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $93,728,654
letter contract for engineering and tecnical services to complete the STANDARD
Missile-2 Block IVA preliminary design and the Block IVA Risk Reduction Flight
Demonstration (RRFD) test flights. Work will be performed in McLean, Virginia
(3%), Tucson, Arizona (56%), and Bedford, Massachusetts (41%), and is expected
to be completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
