1996, a $16,000,000 increment as part of a $121,497,000 firm fixed price
contract for construction of a 500,000 square foot multi-story biomedical
research facility with a self contained energy plant within the new building.
The facility will contain BL 2 and BL 3 laboratories, auditorium, library,
classrooms, administrative office, conference rooms, supply and service areas,
and a cafeteria. Site improvements include new storm drains, lighting, surface
parking and a parking structure, relocation of public utilities and storm
drainage, water, natural gas piping, sanitary sewer and storm water management.
Work will be performed at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, located
with the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Forest Glen, Maryland, and is
expected to be completed by April 1, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 216 bids solicited on January

Work will be performed in Red Lion**, Pennsylvania (63.44%), and St.
Petersburg, Florida (36.56%), and is expected to be completed by December 31,

R. P. Richards, Incorporated. Goleta, California, is being awarded a
$6,775,000 fixed price contract for a hospital addition and life safety
upgrade. The project is for construction of an approximately 18,000 square
foot addition and 8,900 square foot renovation to the emergency,

radiology, and laboratory departments; and alteration of the Composite Medical
Treatment Facility to comply with the Life Safety Code. Work includes asbestos
removal. The Life Safety Code improvements include fire protection and

feet. The project is to resemble a motel-type environment. Supporting
facilities include utilities, electrical services, fire protection and alarm
systems, parking, access roads, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage,

Electrospace Systems, Incorporated, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a
$6,884,422 modification to a firm fixed price supply contract to exercise
options for the production of seven TROJAN Special Purpose Integrated Remote
Intelligence Terminals (SPIRIT) II Systems with Video TeleConferencing (VTC)
capability, ten VTC retrofit kits, two additional Mobile Antenna Platforms
(MAPs), no-cost warranty, and data. The TROJAN SPIRIT II system is an
integration of commercial and non-developmental items consisting of a HMMWV
mounted shelter with MAP providing an intelligence processing and dissemination
capability via SATCOM communications in support of split-based operations; and,
another HMMWV mounted shelter providing a Spare Equipment and Maintenance (SEM)
capability, or an additional mission capability when configured with an
additional MAP. Work will be performed in Richardson, Texas, and is expected
to be completed by December 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the

Bean Dredging Corporation, Belle Chasse, Louisiana is being awarded a
$3,584,856 increment as part of a $5,936,296 firm fixed price contract for
rental of a hopper dredge and attendant plant for dredging of the Mobile Harbor
River Channel. The project will include, but is not limited to Pascagoula
Harbor, Gulfport Harbor, Pensacola Harbor, and Panama City Harbor, and is
expected to be completed by August 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at

Kollsman, Division of Sequa Corporation, Merrimack, New Hampshire, is being
awarded a $17,756,000 modification to previously awarded contract
N00019-95-C-0211 to exercise an option for 23 night targeting systems for the
Marine Corps AG-1W helicopters. Work will
be performed in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and is expected to be completed by

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, Long Island, New York, is being
awarded
a $23,500,000 ceiling-priced order against a firm-fixed-price contract to
procure follow-on
spares to support the French E-2C aircraft for the French Government (100%)
under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in
Bethpage, New York, and is expected to be completed by September 1998.

option for AUTEC operation, maintenance and related support services for the

N00024-95-C-6426 for production management and quality assurance engineering
and technical services in support of DDG 51 class ship construction and
delivery for the AEGIS Program Office, Arlington, Virginia. Work will be
