AIR FORCE

Electrospace Systems Incorporated, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a$17,413,025 fixed price level-of-effort contract to provide for on-siteorganizational maintenance of the Command and Control Switching System (CCSS)from FY1997 through FY2001. The CCSS provides secure telephone communicationsfor the Department of Defense. The work will be performed at various DefenseDepartment installations worldwide. Contract is expected to be completedSeptember 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the currentfiscal year. There were 26 firms solicited and three proposals received.Solicitation began July 1995 and the negotiations were complete March 1996.Sacramento Air Logistics Center, McClellan Air Force Base, California, is thecontracting activity (F04606-96/D-0060).

NAVY

Raytheon Corporation, Equipment Division, Marlborough, Massachusetts, is beingawarded a $6,570,489 modification to previously awarded contractN00104-91-G-3001 for

spare parts supporting the AN/USC-38(V) Satellite Communication Program. Workwill be performed in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and is expected to becompleted by June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of thecurrent fiscal year. The Naval Inventory

Control Point, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,Missouri, is being awarded a $5,860,000 modification to previously awardedcontract N00019-94-C-0039 to provide additional funds to an advance acquisitioncontract for an engineering change for the Royal Malaysian Air Force F/A-18Dunder the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in St.Louis, Missouri (74%); Hawthorne, California (22%); and Los Angeles, California(4%), and is expected to be completed by May 1997. Contract funds will notexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command,Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, isbeing awarded a $6,186,000 modification to previously awarded contractN00024-95-C-5161 to exercise an option to provide engineering services insupport of the Spanish Foreign Military Sales (FMS) F-100 Combat System DesignProgram. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected tobe completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not

expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command,Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, isbeing awarded a $7,562,091 modification to previously awarded contractN00024-95-C-5153 to provide engineering services in support of the JapaneseForeign Military Sales (FMS) AEGIS

Combat Weapons System. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (50%),and Cherry Hill, New Jersey (50%), and is expected to be completed by December1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contractingactivity.

Westinghouse Electronic Corporation, Plant Apparatus Division, Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $20,670,960 modification to previously awardedcontract N00024-96-C-4050 for naval nuclear propulsion components. Work willbe performed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Contract funds will not expire atthe end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington,Virginia, is the contracting activity.
