ARMY

Dynamics Research Corporation, Andover, Maryland, is being awarded anincrement (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each taskorder) as part of a $33,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (taskorder) contract for programmatic and technical support services (contractedconsulting services) in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command.Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri and Andover, Maryland inaccordance with task order requirements, and is expected to be completed inApril, 2001. There were 204 bids solicited on September 22, 1995, and fourbids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and TroopCommand, St. Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-96-D-0028).

Holston Defense Corporation, Kingsport, Tennessee, is being awarded a$12,780,167 modification to a cost plus fixed fee contract for ammunitionexplosives. Work will be performed at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant,Kingsport, Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1996.Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This isa sole source contract initiated on April 4, 1996. The contracting activity isthe U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois(DAAA09-92-Z-0008).

Vector Research, Incorporated, Ann Arbor, Michigan, is being awarded amodification (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with eachdelivery order) to an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, cost plus fixedfee contract for studies and analysis requirements under Defense MedicalInformation System/Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations andMaintenance (D/SIDDOMS-Lot III). Work will be performed at various locationsin the continental United States, and is expected to be completed by March 30,2000. There were 180 bids solicited on March 1, 1993, and six bids received.The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Service-Washington, Washington,D.C. (DASW01-95-D-0030).

NAVY

Hughes Aircraft Company, El Segundo, California, is being awarded a $7,853,839cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, time and material contract for theacquisition of an infrared sensor to be mounted on top of a Type 22 periscopeon a 688 class submarine. This contract contains options which, if exercised,will bring the cumulative value of the contract to $34,507,008. Work will beperformed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed by January1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.This contract was competitively procured with 15 proposals solicited and oneoffer received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment, New London,Connecticut, is the contracting activity (N66604-96-C-0061).

Textron Marine and Land Systems, New Orleans, Louisiana, is being awarded a$28,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-93-C-2202 toprovide design, development, installation and testing of modifications toLanding Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC)

and LCAC system components. Work will be performed in New Orleans, Louisiana,and is expected to be completed by December 1998. Contract funds will notexpire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command,Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Prospective Computer Analysts, Incorporated, Garden City, New York, is beingawarded a $15,000,000 (estimated) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantitycontract for engineering and related services in support of the AN/ALR-69 RadarWarning Receiver System, utilizing the Expert System for Quality Assurance(ESQA), Phase III of the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program.The work will be performed at Warner Robins, Georgia. Contract is expected tobe completed in April 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end ofcurrent fiscal year. The solicitation was issued in August 1995 andnegotiations were completed in March 1996. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center,Robins Air Force Base, Georgia is the contracting activity.
