CONTRACTS
NAVY
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Missouri, is being
awarded an $18,103,314 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-95-C-0038 to provide Harpoon Weapon Station
equipment for testing Harpoon Missiles. This contract combines
purchases for a complete Harpoon Missile Weapon Station with
associated spares and training materials for
the Government of Taiwan (80%), and seeker test assemblies with
associated spares for the Governments of Egypt (10%), and Saudi
Arabia (10%) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program.
Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (47%), Bonita,
California (31%),
and McKinney, Texas (22%), and is expected to be completed by
November 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington,
Virginia, is the contracting activity.
ARMY
Harbert-Yeargin, Incorporated, Birmingham, Alabama, is being
awarded an increment as part of a $5,000,000 indefinite quantity
with firm fixed price delivery order contract, with a cumulative
total of $15,000,000, for construction repairs for Anniston Army
Depot, Fort McClellan, and Reserve Centers in surrounding Calhoun
County. Work will be performed in Calhoun County**, Alabama, and
is expected to be completed by August 31, 1999. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
were 34 bids solicited on December 15, 1995, and 13 bids
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Mobile, Alabama (DACA01-96-D-0027).
CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation, Lyndhurst, New
Jersey, is being awarded a $10,319,000 modification to a
$33,629,937 cost plus fixed fee, delivery order contract for
remediation of the Environmental Protection Agency Raymark
Superfund Site. Work will be
performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be
completed by July 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 250 bids
solicited on March 29, 1995, and four bids received. The
contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
Waltham, Massachusetts (DACW33-94-D-0002).
