DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Calavar Corporation*, Waco, Texas, is being awarded a
$9,248,265 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract
for a high reach platform in support of the Air Force C-17
program. Work is expected to be completed July 31, 1997. Funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense
Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, Ohio, is the contracting

AIR FORCE
OHM Remediation Services Corporation, Findlay, Ohio, is
being awarded a $75,000,000 (Program Maximum) firm fixed price
contract to provide for environmental remediation activities at
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The program is valued at
UP TO $75,000,000 to be SHARED by four contractors. Currently,
only $25,000 has been obligated to each of the four. As
requirements are identified, task orders will be competed among
the four contractors. The work will be performed at Wright-
Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Contract is expected to be
completed September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. There were 70 firms solicited
and 13 proposals received. Solicitation began December 1995, and
negotiations were complete May 1996. Aeronautical Systems

Toltest, Incorporated, Toledo, Ohio, is being awarded a
$75,000,000 (Program Maximum) firm fixed price contract to

Motorola, Incorporated, Scottsdale, Arizona, is being
awarded a $9,178,192 face value increase to a firm fixed price
contract to provide for 1000 Hook 112 field locator radios.

funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base,
California, is the contracting activity (F42600-94/G-7581, TB02).
NAVY
Bell Helicopter Textron, Incorporated, Fort Worth, Texas, is
being awarded a $20,237,814 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-95-C-0240 for
the procurement of three AH-1W helicopters, technical data, and
related technical support for the United States Marine Corps.
Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to
be completed by August 1998. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems
Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
NWF Contractors, Incorporated*, Fort Walton Beach, Florida,
is being awarded a $9,560,170 firm-fixed-price indefinite
quantity contract for installation and repairs to asphalt and
concrete pavement at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida, and
surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius of the Naval Air
Station. Work will be performed at Naval Air Station Pensacola,
Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured with 12 proposals solicited and two offers received.
