CONTRACTS
AIR FORCE
Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems, Incorporated, Waco,
Texas, is being awarded a $14,800,731 face value increase to a
fixed price incentive successive targets contract to provide for
advance materials to support upgrade of the Automatic Flight
Control System, the Control Display System, and the Ground
Collision Avoidance System on 33 C-141 aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. Warner Robins Air Logistics
Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting
activity (F09603-93/C-0322, P00030).
Lockheed Martin Corporation, Ft. Worth, Texas, is being
awarded an $89,543,573 face value increase to a firm fixed price
contract to provide for 305 Color Multi-Functional Display System
installation kits applicable to the F-16 aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed September 1999. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effort
supports foreign military sales to Belgium, Denmark, Norway and
the Netherlands. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson
Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-93/C-
2380, P00010).
NAVY
Kaman Aerospace Corporation, Bloomfield, Connecticut, is
being awarded a $6,500,000 maximum-priced order under a basic
ordering agreement for one Magic Lantern Advanced Development
Model which is an airborne laser-based imaging system currently
used on SH-2G aircraft. Work will be performed in Bloomfield,
Connecticut, and is expected to be completed
by June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively
procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is
the contracting activity (N00024-96-G-6328).
DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY
Boeing Information Services, Inc., Vienna, Va. is being
awarded a time and materials indefinite delivery/indefinite
quantity contract with a ceiling price of $2,000,000,000 for the
Defense Information Systems Network Support Services-Global
requirement. The amount of $10,217,299 is being obligated today
for eight delivery order requirements. The contract will be for
a base year with four one year options to extend. The contractor
will provide life cycle support for the Defense Information
Systems Network Program in areas including, but not limited to:
program management, cost/schedule management, systems
engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, provisioning,
installation, and operations and maintenance. The requirement
was competed: 223 contractors were solicited and four offers were
received. Work will be performed at DoD locations throughout the
United States and the world. The Defense Information Technology
Contracting Office, Scott AFB, Ill. is the contracting office

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Delaware Storage & Pipe Line Co.*, Manchester, New
Hampshire is being awarded a $7,742,500 firm fixed price contract
for services and facilities to receive, store and ship government-
owned JP-8 jet fuel. Work will be performed in Little Creek,
Delaware and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2001. Funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel
Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia is the contracting activity
