DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Sprague Energy Corp., Portsmouth, Ohio, is being awarded a
$16,663,277 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract
for burner oil #2; burner oil #4; burner oil #5; burner oil #6;
diesel fuel LS1; and diesel fuel LS2. Two hundred fifty two
sealed bids were solicited and thirty six were received. Work
will be performed in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New
Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1999. Funds will not expire at the
end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort

Gulf Oil Limited Partnership, Chelsea, Massachusetts, is
being awarded a $8,759,040 fixed price with economic price
adjustment contract for regular unleaded gasoline; diesel fuel DL-
1; diesel fuel DL-2; and burner oil #2. Two hundred fifty two
sealed bids were solicited and thirty six were received. Work
will be performed in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New
Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1999. Funds will not expire at the

Irving Oil Corp., Bangor, Maine, is being awarded a
$5,033,440 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract
for diesel fuel DL-1; midgraded unleaded gasoline; burner oil #1;
burner oil #2; diesel fuel LS1; diesel fuel LS2; diesel fuel LSW;
and diesel fuel LSS. Two hundred fifty two sealed bids were
solicited and thirty six were received. Work will be performed
in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode
Island, and Vermont and is expected to be completed by September
30, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.

being awarded a $19,939,097 fixed price with economic price

and thirty six were received. Work will be performed in
Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island,

Coastal Refining & Marketing Inc., Revere, Massachusetts, is
being awarded a $7,858,773 fixed price with economic price
adjustment contract for regular unleaded gasoline; diesel fuel DL-
1; diesel fuel DL-2; burner oil #2; burner oil #4; burner oil #6;
diesel fuel LS1; diesel fuel LS2; and high sulfur HS2. Two
hundred fifty two sealed bids were solicited and thirty six were
received. Work will be performed in Connecticut, Maine,
Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont and is
expected to be completed by September 30, 1999. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply

AIR FORCE
Landoll Corporation, Marysville, Kansas, is being awarded a
$6,410,617 firm fixed price contract to provide for 30 (best
estimated quantity) Truck Mounted Deicers for the deicing and
washing of aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed August
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were ten firms solicited and two proposals
received. Solicitation began May 1996; negotiations were
complete June 1996. San Antonio Air Logistics Center, Kelly Air
Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (F14608-96/D-
0913).
Rockwell International Corporation, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is
being awarded a $6,737,263 firm fixed price contract to provide
for 216 Automatic Communications Processor Group B Kits in
support of the ARC-190 Radio on the KC-135 aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed September 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm
solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began May
1996; negotiations were complete September 1996. Warner Robins
Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the
contracting activity (F09603-96/C-0432).
ARMY
General Dynamics Land Systems Incorporated, Sterling
Heights, Michigan, is being awarded a $20,522,178 modification
of a multi-year letter contract definitized as a firm fixed price
multi-year contract, as additional funding provided for 100
upgraded M1A2 Tanks, 1 ballistic turret and spares and 2 armor
test sets, against a projected maximum dollar value of
$1,497,805,000, for 580 M1A2 tanks over a 5-year period. Work
will be performed in Lima, Ohio (80%), Tallahassee, Florida
(11%), Anniston, Alabama (4%), Muskegon, Michigan (3%), Sterling
Heights, Michigan (1%), Warren, Michigan (1%), and is expected to
be completed by October 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on June 30, 1995. The contracting activity is
the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren,
Michigan (DAAE07-95-C-0292).
National Indoor Air Care Corporation, Kent, Washington, is
being awarded a $30,776 increment as part of a $27,500,000 (base
year with 4 one-year options) indefinite quantity with firm fixed
price delivery order contract for duct cleaning and repairs for
Category 500 medical facilities. Work will be performed in
medical facilities nation-wide, including Hawaii, Alaska, and the
Caribbean area, and is expected to be completed by August 31,
2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were 73 bids solicited on January 12, 1996,
and 16 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama (DACA01-96-D-0042).
NAVY
Technology Service Corporation, Santa Monica, California, is
being awarded an $8,625,335 cost-plus-award-fee contract for
engineering analyses of the AEGIS Weapon
System to support Program Executive Officer Surface
Combatants/AEGIS Program. This contract contains options which,
if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the contract to
$44,450,893. Work will be performed in Silver Spring, Maryland
(78%); Columbia, Maryland (10%); McLean, Virginia (8%); Santa
Monica, California (3%); and Bloomington, Indiana (1%), and is
expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds in
the amount of $444,165 will expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The

Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Incorporated, Cambridge,
Massachusetts, is being awarded a $6,022,644 modification to
previously awarded contract N00024-93-C-6101 to exercise an
option for additional engineering services, maintenance and
repair, ship alterations and materials for the Deep Submergence
Systems Program. Work will be performed in Cambridge,
Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by July 1997.
Contract funds in
the amount of $300,000 will expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia,
is the contracting activity.
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace,
St. Louis, Missouri,
is being awarded a $35,126,392 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-93-C-0051 to provide additional funding for a
weapons tactics trainer and associated courseware and materials
for the Finnish Air Force's F/A-18C/D Program under the Foreign
Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed in St.
Louis, Missouri (67%) and Hawthorne, California (33%), and is
expected to be completed by August 1997. Contract funds would
not have expired at the end of the current fiscal year. The
Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the
contracting activity.
