DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
East River Energy/East River Oil Co., Inc.*, Guilford,
Connecticut, is being awarded a $15,222,680 fixed price with
economic price adjustment contract for regular unleaded gasoline;
diesel fuel DL-2; burner oil #2; burner oil #6; and diesel fuel
LS2. Two hundred fifty two sealed bids were solicited and thirty
six were received. Work will be performed in Connecticut, Maine,
Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont and is
expected to be completed by September 30, 1999. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply
Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity

New West Petroleum*, Sacramento, California, is being
awarded a $19,034,877 fixed price with economic price adjustment
contract for diesel fuel no. 2; midgrade unleaded gasoline;
regular unleaded gasoline; premium unleaded gasoline; and diesel
fuel no. 1. Two hundred thirty three sealed bids were solicited
and forty four were received. Work will be performed in Arizona,
California, and Nevada and is expected to be completed by August
31, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.

Rad Oil Company, Inc.*, Purchase, New York, is being awarded
a $10,787,357 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract
for regular unleaded gasoline; premium unleaded gasoline; diesel
fuel, DL-1; burner oil #2; diesel fuel, grade low sulfur no. 1-D;
diesel fuel, grade low sulfur no. 2-D; diesel fuel, grade no. 1-D
(red dye); and diesel fuel, no. 2-D (red dye). Two hundred ten
sealed bids were solicited and fifty eight were received. Work
will be performed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and
is expected to be completed by August 30, 1999. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply

Coastal Refining & Marketing, Inc., Hasbrouck Heights, New
Jersey, is being awarded a $8,494,160 fixed price with economic
price adjustment contract for regular unleaded gasoline; burner
oil #2; kerosene 1-K; and diesel fuel, grade low sulfur no. 2-D.
Two hundred ten sealed
bids were solicited and fifty eight were received. Work will be
performed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and is
expected to be completed by August 30, 1999. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply
Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity

ARMY
Intercontinental Manufacture Company, Garland, Texas, is
being awarded a $5,359,065 modification to a firm fixed price
contract for 3,119 each BDU-56 bomb body. Work will be
performed in Garland, Texas, and is expected to be completed by
December 31, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
solicited on July 17, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S.
Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island
Illinois (DAAA09-95-C-0051).
Raytheon Electronics System, Andover, Massachusetts, is
being awarded a $59,302,727 of a not to exceed $118,605,454 firm
fixed price letter contract for supplies and services to provide
Hawk Phase III Missile product improvement program which includes
modification kits, spares and conversion material to the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia, Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces. Work will be
performed in Andover, Massachusetts (90%), and Saudi Arabia
(10%), and is expected to be completed by January 31, 2000.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 23, 1996.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command,
Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-96-C-0182).
AIR FORCE
United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida,
is being awarded a $6,045,000 firm fixed price contract to
provide for 1,860 Blade Sets applicable to the TF-33 engine on
the C-141 and E-3 aircraft. The work will be performed at United
Technologies/Pratt and Whitney, East Hartford, Connecticut.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1998. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Solicitation began October 1995; negotiations were completed June
1996. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base,
Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (F34601-94/C-0028-0051).
United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida,
is being awarded a $13,568,390 firm fixed price contract to
provide for 3,860 Blade Sets applicable to the TF-33 engine on
the B-52 and EC/KC-135 aircraft. The work will be performed at
United Technologies/Pratt and Whitney, East Hartford,
Connecticut. Contract is expected to be completed April 1999.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. There were 2 firms solicited and 1 proposal received.
Solicitation began November 1995; negotiations were completed

NAVY
Milcom Systems Corporation, Virginia Beach, Virginia, is
being awarded a $26,868,576 time and material indefinite
delivery/indefinite quantity contract for professional and
technical engineering services for shipboard electronic warfare
and electronic navigation systems for Naval Command, Control and
Ocean Surveillance Center In-Service Engineering East Coast
Division, Norfolk, Virginia. This contract contains options
which, if exercised, will bring
the cumulative value of the contract to $134,071,720. Work will
be performed in Norfolk, Virginia (75%) and Mayport, Florida
(25%), and is expected to be completed by August 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was competitively procured with 140 proposals
solicited and 12 offers received. The Fleet and Industrial
Supply Center, Hampton Roads Detachment, Norfolk, Virginia, is
the contracting activity (N00189-96-D-0020).
