BMAR and Associates, Incorporated*, Hopkinsville,
Kentucky , is being awarded a not-to-exceed delivery order
amount of $5,500,000 as part of a not to exceed $27,500,000
(base year with 4 one-year options) firm fixed price
indefinite quantity contract for electrical testing for
Category 500 medical facilities.
Work will be performed in
medical facilities nationwide, including Hawaii, Alaska, and
the Caribbean area and is expected to be completed by
September 30, 2001.
Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year.

Ormond Builders, Incorporated, Idaho Falls, Idaho, is
being awarded a $9,017,795 firm fixed price contract to
construct a multi-aircraft fuel cell maintenance hangar with
30,307 square feet including mezzanine office space.
The
hangar structure is a braced space frame with steel joists and
structural metal decking.
Exterior walls are prefinished
insulated metal panels, with translucent window walls and a
reinforced CMU wainscot with color integrated split face.
Roof is metal standing seam with four large skylights.
The
hangar floor area of 20,700 square feet will have underfloor
radiant heating and a special floor coating.
Hangar will have
an AFFF fire protection system.
Appurtenant facilities
include a 2,000 square feet fire water pump house, and two
200,000 gallon retention ponds with liners.
Work will be
performed at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, and is
expected to be completed by January 23, 1998.
Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

is being awarded a $9,751,461 small business innovative research
phase III cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for
Lot I of computer hardware rehost designs and boards for the
Naval Supply Systems
Command, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in support of Department of
Defense activities.
This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring
the cumulative value of this contract to $49,687,592.
Work will

Worldwide Airlines, Vandalia, Ohio; Miami Air International,

Incorporated, Saint Paul, Minnesota; Southern Air Transport
Incorporated, Columbus, Ohio; and USAir, Incorporated, Arlington,
Virginia.
This effort provides for FY1997 international airlift
services in support of Air Mobility Command.
The work will be
performed by World Airways, Herndon, Virginia, and Rich
International Airlines, Miami, Florida, with each doing 28% of
the work.
The remaining effort will be performed by the other
participating contractors.
