an increment (appropriation number and dollar value will be
issued with each delivery order) of a $39,094,779 cost plus award
fee contract for non-personal installation support services for a
period of eight years, providing professional trades craftsmen
for maintenance, repair, operations, minor
construction and alteration of all real property to include
family housing and equipment-in-place.
Work will be performed at
the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma, Arizona, and is expected
to be completed by September 30, 2003.
Contract is subject to
availability of funds.
There were 150 bids solicited on April
16, 1996, and nine bids were received.

for railroad rehabilitation.
Effort will include but not be
limited to removing and replacing track, turnouts, crossings,
rail, relays, etc., to include any related accessories and
associated work required.
Work will be performed at Tooele Army
Depot, Tooele, Utah, and is expected to be completed by August
20, 1997.

2001 operation, maintenance and logistic support of the Ground-
Based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance System (GEODSS).

is being awarded a $259,440,505 face value increase to a
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for
56 install and three spare F-110-PW-229 engines applicable to the
F-15 aircraft and the following components applicable thereto: 4
Fan Modules, 4 Gearbox Modules, 4 Core Modules, 4 Turbine
Modules, and 1 Augmentor Module.
The work will be performed at
