estimated $50,000,000 indefinite quantity contract for systems,
sub-systems or components of x-ray systems. Nineteen proposals

performed in Quebec, Canada; Addison, Illinois; Nevada City,
California; Torrance, California; and Chicago, Illinois and is

B & B Hose and Rubber C., Inc.*, Chesapeake, Virginia, is
being awarded an estimated $15,000,000 indefinite quantity
contract for industrial supplies. Thirty three proposals were
solicited and seven were received. Work is expected to be

ARMY
Martin Electronics, Incorporated*, Perry, Florida, is being
awarded a $7,325,598 firm fixed price contract for 3,501,720
M228 Hand Grenade Fuzes for the M69 Practice Hand Grenade. Work
will be performed in Perry, Florida, and is expected to be
completed by January 22, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on June 25, 1996. The contracting activity is
the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions & Chemical Command, Rock
Island, Illinois (DAAA09-96-C-0117).
NAVY
Federal Computer International, Fairfax, Virginia, is being
awarded a $6,500,000
time and material, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity,
ceiling amount contract for per-call maintenance support services
of generic brand personal computers at Naval Air Weapons Station,
China Lake, California, and Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons
Division, China
Lake and Point Mugu, California. Work will be performed in China
Lake, California,
and Point Mugu, California, on a per-call maintenance basis, and
is expected to be completed
by September 2001. Contract funds would not have expired at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured under a small business set aside with 63 proposals
solicited and 13 offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center
Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting

Baker-AOC Jacksonville, (a joint venture) Dallas, Texas, is
being awarded a $22,539,089 combination lump sum fixed-price,
indefinite quantity contract for recurring military family
housing maintenance of Navy family housing quarters at three
naval installations in Jacksonville, Florida. Work will be
performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be
completed by September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
competitively procured with 200 proposals and ten offers
received. The Navy Public Works Center, Jacksonville, Florida,
is the contracting activity (N68931-96-D-9516).
Hughes Radar Systems, El Segundo, California, is being
awarded a not-to-exceed $9,925,000 ceiling price order for
weapons replaceable assemblies which includes three
radar data processors, five radar receivers, three power
supplies, two antennas, and five
radar transmitters for the F/A-18 aircraft. This contract is a
purchase for the government of Finland (100%) under the Foreign
Military Sales (FMS) Program. Work will be performed
in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed by May
1998. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively.
The Naval Inventory Control Point Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is
the contracting activity (N00383-94-G-B501) (Order 0049).
MAR Incorporated, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a
$14,062,938 cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract to provide
for operation and maintenance of the Athena Ship Research System.
Work will be performed in Panama City, Florida (90%), and Port
Everglades, Florida (10%), and is expected to be completed by
September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured
with 16 proposals solicited and one offer received. The Naval
Surface Warfare Center, Carderock, Division, Bethesda, Maryland,
is the contracting activity (N00167-96-C-0078).
Selco, Incorporated,* Solana Beach, California, is being
awarded a $7,894,154 firm- fixed-price contract for wholehouse
repairs, improvements and incidental related work to 104 family
housing units at Bruns Park Housing Area, Naval Construction
Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, California. This contract
contains one options which, if exercised, will bring the
cumulative amount of the contract to $9,484,574. Work will be
performed in Port Hueneme, California, and is expected to be
completed by April 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured with 180 proposals solicited and six offers received.

AIR FORCE
Frontier Technology, Incorporated, Beavercreek, Ohio, was
awarded on September 11, a $15,000,000 indefinite
quantity/indefinite delivery contract to provide non-personal
advisory and assistance services for Specialized Short-Term
Development Planning Support for campaign/theatre, mission level,
and concept design analysis by Aeronautical Systems Center,
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Contract is expected to
be completed September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 106 firms
solicited and 13 proposals received. Solicitation began December
1995; negotiations were completed April 1996. Aeronautical

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, was
awarded on September 11, a $5,945,453 face value increase to a
firm fixed price contract to provide equitable admustment for 22
configuration changes to the Joint Surveillance Target Attack
Radar System (JSTARS) Low Rate Initial Production resulting from
changes to the Follow-On Full Scale Development production
baseline. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air
Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (F19628-
92/C-0035, P00047).
Raytheon Company, Goleta, California, is being awarded a
$5,864,942 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide for 225
Reprogrammable Low Band Field Upgrade Kits applicable to the
AN/ALQ-184 electronic attack pod on the F-16 aircraft. This
effort also includes design, development, fabrication, and test
of 6 prototype pods in support of this program. Contract is
expected to be completed July 1999. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm
solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began July
1996; negotiations were completed September 1996. Warner Robins
Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the
