price contract for rotary wing flight training services. The
contractor shall conduct initial entry rotary wing flight
training services consisting of flight academics, flight
simulator training, and actual aircraft flight training in the TH-
67 aircraft; and will provide all management, administration,
supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items
of services necessary to perform the work, except what is
specified in the contract as government furnished property and
services. Work will be performed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, and is

modification to previously awarded contract N00024-96-C-4052 for
Naval Nuclear Propulsion Components. Work will be performed in
Schenectady, N.Y. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively
procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the
