ARMY
Bulova Technologies, L.L.C.*, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is
being awarded a $5,785,075 firm fixed price contract for 61,024
M762 ET fuzes, in support of 105mm, 155mm, and 8 inch artillery.
Work will be performed in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and is
expected to be completed by September 30, 1997. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
were 2 bids solicited on July 30, 1996, and 2 bids received. The
contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and
Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAA09-97-C-0003).
NAVY
Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems, Akron, Ohio, is
being awarded a ceiling- priced order in the not-to-exceed amount
of $8,778,738 for various circuit card assemblies and target
computers in support of the E-2C aircraft. Work will be
performed in Akron, Ohio, and
is expected to be completed by October 1997. Contract funds will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point,

Lockheed Martin Display Systems, Atlanta, Ga., is being
awarded a ceiling priced order in the not-to-exceed amount of
$8,439,770 for 15 enhanced main display units in support of
E-2C aircraft. Work will be performed in Atlanta, Ga., and is
expected to be completed by October 1997. Contract funds will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract
was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control

Lockheed Martin Corp., Pittsfield, Mass., is being awarded
a $24,126,277 cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract to
provide for the FY97 operational support, field engineering
services and repair and return effort for TRIDENT fire control
engineering support. Work will be performed in Pittsfield,
Mass., and is expected to be completed by September 1997.
Contract
funds in the amount of $16,141,397 would have expired at the end
of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively
procured. The Strategic Systems Program, Arlington, Va.,
is the contracting activity (N00030-97-G-002A) (Order 5049)
Lockheed Martin Tactical Defense Systems, St. Paul, Minn.,
is being awarded a $49,884,000 ceiling-priced letter contract for
the fabrication, testing, installation, and delivery
of upgrade improvement program kits for four Royal Norwegian Air
Force P-3C aircraft under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Program. The contract also provides for integrated logistics
support; technical and source data; spares; operation and
maintenance training; support equipment; and O level
maintenance. Work will be performed in Eagan, Minn. (75%), and
Greenville, S.C. (25%), and is expected to be completed by May
1999. Contract funds would
not have expired at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contracts was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems
Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
