DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Maryland Clothing*, Baltimore, Md., is being awarded a
$6,727,372 firm-fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for mens
coats. Ninety six proposals were solicited and six were
received. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 20, 1998.
Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense
Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting

EA Industries, Inc.**, San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, is being
awarded a $14,058,455 firm- fixed-price indefinite quantity,
indefinite delivery type contract for type VI woodland camouflage
enhanced hot weather coats. Forty six proposals were solicited
and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by May
16, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.

Caribbean Needle Point, Inc.**, Penuelas, Puerto Rico, is
being awarded a $7,932,136 firm-fixed-price indefinite quantity,
indefinite delivery type contract for type VI woodland camouflage
enhanced hot weather coats. Forty six proposals were solicited
and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by May
16, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.

AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Melbourne, Fla., is being
awarded a $14,218,159 face value increase to a fixed price
incentive contract to adjust the billing price to conform to
actual costs of Low Rate Initial Production for Joint
Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) Lot 1 (Aircraft
P2). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass., is
the contracting activity (F19628-92/C-0035, P00055).
ARMY
Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc., Sealy, Texas, is being
awarded a $45,643,502 modification to a firm-fixed-price multi-
year contract for 3,524 Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles
(FMTV)in various 2.5 and 5 ton weight class. Work will be
performed in Sealy, Texas, and is expected to be completed by
Dec. 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were three bids solicited on Sept.
20, 1990, and three bids received. The contracting activity is
the U.S. Army Tank-automotive & Armaments Command, Warren Mich.
(DAAE07-95-C-0223).
United Defense, L.P., Ground Systems Division**, Santa
Clara, Calif., is being awarded a $5,121,253 modification to a
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for systems technical support for
Multiple Launched Rocket System (MLRS) Overhaul Program and
Bradley field service support. Work will be performed in San
Jose, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2002.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 15, 1994.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-automotive &
Armaments Command, Warren Mich. (DAAE07-95-C-X030).
NAVY
Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Va., is being
awarded a $12,021,683 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-95-C-2106 for the installation of Integrated
Communications and Advanced Networks (ICAN) system. Work will be
performed in Newport News, Va., and is expected to be completed
by December 2002. Contract funds will not expired at the end of
the current fiscal year. SupShip, Newport News, Va., is the
contracting activity.
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace,
St. Louis, Mo., was awarded a $7,528,580 modification on January
10, 1997, to previously awarded contract N00019-95-C-0162 to
exercise an Expanded Demonstration Test option of the Russian MA-
31 Aerial Target Foreign Comparative Test. Work will be
performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed by
June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons
Division, Point Mugu, Calif., is the contracting activity.
