DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Physio-Control Corporation, Redmond, Wash.,is being awarded
a $11,419,070 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for
monitor-recorder defibrillators with external battery charger and
accessories; monitor-recorder defibrillators with non-invasive
pacemaker with external battery charger and accessories; monitor-
recorder defibrillators with non-invasive pacemaker and DEPMED
documentation, including external battery charger, reusable
container and accessories; and monitor-recorder defibrillators
with external battery charger and accessories and DEPMED
documentation, including external battery charger, reusable
container and accessories. Seventeen proposals were solicited
and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by
March 2, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal

Medical Research Laboratories*, Buffalo Grove, Ill., is
being awarded a $6,544,065 firm fixed price indefinite quantity
contract for monitor-recorder defibrillators with external
battery charger and accessories; monitor-recorder defibrillators
with non-invasive pacemaker with external battery charger and
accessories; monitor-recorder defibrillators with non-invasive
pacemaker and DEPMED documentation, including external battery
charger, reusable container and accessories; and monitor-recorder

reusable container and accessories. Seventeen proposals were

awarded a $12,144,201 firm fixed price indefinite quantity

recorder defibrillators with non-invasive pacemaker and DEPMED
documentation, including external battery charger, reusable

documentation, including external battery charger, reusable
container and accessories. Seventeen proposals were solicited
and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by

Mansfield Oil Company*, Gainesville, Ga., is being awarded a
$8,694,186 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract
for motor gasoline; distillate diesel fuel; and heating oil.
Three hundred twenty four sealed bids were solicited and sixty
six were received. Work will be performed in Alabama, Georgia,
Florida, and South Carolina and is expected to be completed by
April 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal
year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the
contracting activity (SP0600-97-D-4040).
ARMY
TRW, Inc., Carson, Calif., was awarded on Feb. 28, 1997 a
$3,500,000 increment as part of a not to exceed $8,475,000 cost-
plus-fixed fee letter contract for the design, development,
fabrication/assembly, test, training and engineering/maintenance
support for the Tactical Operation Centers for U.S. Army Division
XXI. Work will be performed in Carson, Calif., and is expected
to be completed by Nov. 30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on Jan. 30, 1997. The contracting activity is
the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAH01-97-
C-0164).
Lockheed Martin Vought Systems Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas,
was awarded on Feb. 28, 1997 a $32,300,000 modification to a firm-
fixed-price contract (with two cost-plus-incentive fee contract
line items) forMultiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) Extended
Range Rocket (ER) Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Exercise of
FY 97 Option, for 250 Rocket Pods. Work will be performed in
Camden, Ark., (80%) and Dallas, Texas (20%), and is expected to
be completed by April 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire
at the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on April 30, 1996. The contracting activity is the
U.S. Army Missile Command, Restone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAH01-96-C-
0304).

AIR FORCE
Raytheon Systems Development Co., Marlborough, Mass., is
being awarded a $44,326,781 cost plus award fee contract to
provide for acquisition of the National Air and Space (Warfare)
Model (NASM). NASM is a computerized, distributed simulation
system that provides an air and space model to be utilized for
battlestaff training, education, and readiness. It will allow
participants at numerous sites to simultaneously participate in
real time exercises. Contract is expected to be completed
January 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were four proposals received.
Solicitation began June 1996; negotiations were completed January
1997. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass., is the
contracting activity (F19628-97/C-0016).
NAVY
McDonnell Douglas Corp., McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St.
Louis, Mo., is being awarded an $8,743,626 modification to
previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0058 for
five composite horizontal stabilators for T-45A aircraft and to
fabricate and furnish 49 retrofit stabilators and related
hardware. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is
expected to be completed by October 1999. Contract funds in the
amount of $809,595 would have expired
at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems
Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
OHM Remediation Services Corp., Findlay, Ohio, is being
awarded a $1,362,403 modification to previously awarded contract
N68711-93-D-1459 for environmental remedial action for all
services, labor, equipment and materials required to provide and
secure a pilot cleanup for the remediation of solvent and
petroleum contaminated soils and groundwater at Marine Corps Air
Station, Yuma, Ariz. The basic contract is not-to-exceed
$250,000,000 which includes the base period and four one-year
options. Work will be performed in Yuma, Ariz., and is expected
to be completed by September 1998. Contract funds will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities
Engineering Command, Southwest Division, San Diego, Calif., is
the contracting activity.
