Retired Sgt. 1st Class Bret Erickson, 47, a three-time Olympian, retired from the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit in 2005 but has continued to compete. Erickson is a six-time National Champion and has been on the National Team since 1984. He retired from shooting in 1999, but in 2001, he made a comeback and won a silver medal on the world team. Erickson competed in the 1992, 1996 and 2004 Olympics. |
