Moving a C-130

Members of the 3rd Civil Engineer Squadron break away ice that has frozen the fence to the ground during 18-degree-below-zero weather where a C-130 bound for static display will be towed, at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, on Feb. 5, 2005.
