U.S. Army Soldiers discuss plans for security operations at a polling station in the Abu T'shir community of the Rashid district in southern Baghdad, Iraq, Jan. 28, 2009. The soldiers, assigned to the 4th Infantry Division's Troop C, 7th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, will help Iraqi forces provide security during provincial elections on Jan. 31.
