A U.S. Marine Corps aerial photo shows flood waters during a 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force humanitarian assistance survey team's assessment of Pathum Thani near Bangkok, Thailand, Oct. 28, 2011. The team surveyed the flood damage in Thailand to assess the need for the unit's support of humanitarian aid and disaster relief efforts. The floods affected more than 61 provinces and 8.2 million people during an abnormal monsoon season.
